I came here for the strawberry shortcake theme boba I ordered the strawberry shortcake delight which included matcha I got my drink and to my surprise there was no matcha insight or present in my cup when I went to ask what this was about the teenage kid decided to tell me after I had already paid and ordered that they did not have matcha which would’ve been nice had they told earlier and I would’ve gotten something else and there was also no boba in my drink that I don’t know what’s it’s called nor what it is, I expected better from you king fu tea.

I have went to this boba place maybe like 4 times and the cashier and employees seem very unprofessional and arrogant. Because they’re face always seem like they judging the heck out of you. There’s one time I went for a mobile order they seem pleased helping this family who are obviously their race nothing wrong but when I was next the cashier ignored the heck out of me and he was just standing there and backed off a bit and started talking to who ever was there. Let me tell you I’m Mexican lol but that’s crazy that the dude was just staring and ignoring me that it took him probably like 5 minutes to just help me and assist me. This has happened many times with my sister and than with my baby siblings. I don’t know who the owner of the store is but they obviously don’t care that their employees mistreat their customers and make them feel unwelcome. I wanted to make this place my to go place but after always seeing the employees being rude and giving a bit of a snobby attitude . I was like byeee never again.I RECOMMEND TEA HEE BOBA OR AKA SHIBA BOBA FOR THE PEOPLE WHO LIVE IN THE THORNTON .

The drinks are really good! However, the staff (two males working tonight) were rude. Went in at 7:00pm (2 hours before closing) and when the guy who took our order told the other guy our order, they both looked visibly annoyed (the eye roll is crazy for people who work in customer service) we literally only got two drinks. This is our go to spot but not sure if it will be anymore
I love the environment here. Everyone is always so nice when I come in and sometimes I am not sure what to order and the worker will suggest something for me. The drinks never disappoint. Definitely plan on coming back.
