This place is great. Been coming here ever since I was a little kid. The food is good and the service is excellent. The only thing I don't like is the lobby is small and gets really packed on the weekends and nowhere to sit except stand in a room full of "Hangry" people waiting for their food or stand outside in the cold waiting for your order. Ok, this place is hit or miss. Sometimes the pizza is amazing!? But others... It's like, why didn't you take it out on time! It's all burnt and horridly dry. The people there always look like they have lost their will to live, like the light in their souls got burnt like the pizza I ordered on the app...but honestly, can you blame them? So I went into Little Caesars yesterday and wasn't really too sure about what I wanted. I was greeted by "Melanie" as I entered the store from that moment she offered amazing customer service and helped me every step of the way with all the million and one questions I had.
