The worker at the counter was great!! His name is Yoshi. He helped us pick out what to eat, and recommended the new Crazy Puffs, which were so good! Yoshi deserves a raise!!

They used to be good but not anymore. The pizza had very little sauce and cheese, and this was supposed to be the extra most bestest pepperoni.....not even close plus it was completely overcooked. Italian cheese bread was so overcooked to the point it was almost burnt. They have gone so downhill it's sad. They need new management and better trained employees. We will never come here again.

Waited 45 minutes for our order, several customers came in and left when they arrived and ordered after us!!!! Got our pizza and brought it home it was very doughy the staff is completely disorganized and incompetent I would not recommend this location ever!!!!!!! Needs new management.

Don't expect much from this place. You'll definitely be waiting a long time to get your food, even if you order ahead and get an text saying your food is ready for pick up....it's not

Zerro Stars!! Two weeks ago, we called in an order and was told 45 minutes. We arrived with 5 minutes left and it was a Zoo!! No direction and guidance from the Invisible owner and manager (No surprise). The employees needed 2-3 more people to help. After being there for extra 20 minutes, one female took our names while the other female- maybe supervisor struggled with all orders- in person, online and walk ins. People canceled orders, walked out=Loss of customer service and profit!! A Sonic food delivery arrived after being there an extra 30 minutes, both females disappeared to eat. The lead female didn't have a good grasp of forecasting while telling everyone who walked in it'll be 10-15 minutes for their order. Not adding all previous orders length of time. Then the guys/cooks tried to smooth the operations, but the orders and customers kept coming. I left and clocked out at 80 minutes. The worst managed place for 2024. Owner needs to wake up, reorganize your management ways and restaff your team. Perhaps, add an Adult in the mix, but then you need to pay your quality staff. Be cheap, no training and this happens. Simply put, add some Emotional intelligence or sell to a capable Leader who will empower their team and clients. R&R

This is the first bad review I’ve ever written about anyone. I placed my order and got my confirmation at 6:08 pm. They told me my order would be ready to pick up between 6:37 and 6:42. I arrive at 6:40 and the told me they were working on it and maybe 10 more minutes. I got told this same lie until I finally got my order at 7:50. I waited over an hour. I tried to talk to the manager and was told she wasn’t available but I could wait while and she might be. I know it’s just Little Caesars but I’ll drive 10 minutes further if I ever feel like putting that garbage back into my body again.

Absolutely horrible customer service. Past three times I've come to this location by my home they never have any hot and ready pizzas and when I asked why they don't every employee catches an attitude with me. I asked how long it would be for three long pieces and they said it could be 25 to 45 minutes. Absolutely unacceptable recommend going to a different location

Ordered online and they gave my pizza to someone else and so I had to wait even longer. Have a sign up saying not taking walk ins but it doesn’t matter if you order online either!

The pepperoni stuffed crust pizza was amazing, the pizza puffs were also good. The puffs were much better re heated in the microwave the next day, made them a little softer and not as hard and crunchy.Parking: Because the liquor store is right next to it, it was a heavy foot traffic area but was not hard to find a spot and the lot is small so I wasn't going to far in the street with my kids.
