Zerro Stars!! Two weeks ago, we called in an order and was told 45 minutes. We arrived with 5 minutes left and it was a Zoo!! No direction and guidance from the Invisible owner and manager (No surprise). The employees needed 2-3 more people to help. This is the first bad review I’ve ever written about anyone. I placed my order and got my confirmation at 6:08 pm. They told me my order would be ready to pick up between 6:37 and 6:42. I arrive at 6:40 and the told me they were working on it and maybe 10 more minutes. I got told this same lie until I finally got my order at 7:50. I waited over an hour.
