Poor customer service, lacks ability to take correct orders. Brian is extremely rude. Team doesnt understand great customer service will keep the customerscoming in. The first owner didn't realize this fast enough, and lost it all. I really had hopes with a new onwer coming in. I thought we would have a nice neighborhood pizzeria. Boy was I wrong! This team is even worse!
Horrible experience with Marcos pizza. We ordered at 7:30 pm and they gave us a burnt pizza. The next day we go in and show pictures of the burnt pizza and the manager some guy named Andrew completely dismissed us and did not even apologize and said “oh I wasn’t working” and walks away. Completely disrespectful and disgusting behavior. You guys serve a burnt pizza and then just shrug it off? Never eating at Marcos pizza again.
Pizza was supposed to be delivered at 615. Now 755 and no pizza and not answering phones. Wife drove there and is Still waiting. Almost an hour in the store with no resolution.
Like answer the phone and refund me already.
