These clowns took our order, took our money, then refused to give us our food because by the time we got to the window they were “done serving breakfast.” They said we’d be refunded but that didn’t happen. Now they’re saying we can’t prove that we never got our food so they are keeping our money.

Usually I've had good experience here. Not tonight. We ordered two mcflurries, one had a long piece of plastic gasket from the machine, I almost chocked on it. I had to pull it out of my throat. We called twice to let them know that there could be more pieces in the machine and they should check, but we got hung up on twice. Shame really. Microplastics as well. Ew!

Extremely slow service. Employees lack knowledge of the menu, drive thru employee said mcdonalds doesn't carry buffalo sauce so I went inside and grabbed some from a different employee. At the sane time goodluck getting help from anyone inside, employees will flat out ignore you and walk right past you.

Terrible and nasty dining room.
They dont have cleaning wipes nor anyone at the front desk to help.
Ordering is through the kids but all are out of paper to avoid giving you receipt and evidence of proof when you call corporate and tell them how miss managed this resturant is.
My food delivered wrong and waited 10 min but no one showed up.
At the pickup windows everyone speak to each other when I intrupted their conversation but I only got head shaking and smile. Pretending not understanding me.
Order from drive through... so you get less disappointed from the staff and inside chaos.

The cute thing is when you order food with no onion and they take the extra time to put the onion in the melted cheese between the patties. Like on purpose because the wrappers say no onion.

It’s amazing how long it takes to get what most people consider to be fast food. Consistently slow. My daughter asked a worker for Ketchup and she said just a minute. Walked from behind the counter where she could have grabbed a packet or two and went straight for the restroom. Had to wait another 5 minutes for another worker to come from behind the wall and she asked her. Finally got some Ketchup for her happy meal. Not a well run location at all

This is an absolute terrible location. For people who are not tech savvy or don't want to use the kiosk are out of luck. The kisoks are always out of paper so good luck knowing your order number. They are super slow at getting orders out. Items are always missing or made incorrect. New managers and staff are needed. Or better yet, just close this location.
