Update: still absolutely horrible !!!!! Took 10 minutes to get someone to answer the drive through. But the other lane kept taking their orders just fine. The guy who did take our order was very annoyed with us and did not want to take our order. Every time we said an item we wanted he would immediately tell us our total and then say next window even though we were still ordering .
Original: Horrible location. No one answers the drive thru. Sit there for minutes and no one would answer. The other speaker on the other side there was someone on and was taking orders fine. Then finally someone came on and started taking our order after a good 4 cars went through the other side. The person that came on was disappointing as he kept trying to stop our order before we were done.

Tried call the store they have no line. It be great if you dont have a phone for the store dont have a phone number on website. You guys need to fix it or get at your employees to have a active phone number and phone for the store. This is unprofessional.

The service here is usually good but tonight I ordered a double quarter pounder and it was so pink it wasnt even edible, the inside was cold. Normally I like a medium burger from a restaurant but I will not trust a pink burger from here, those patties should be fully cooked and the fact that the burger was cold on the inside tells mee it was not fully cooked.

Had my 3 small grandchildren with me so used the app and selected table service. After longer than it should have taken,?a worker was walking around the small dining area calling out something that I didn’t understand but I could tell she had 2 drinks like I ordered so I raised my hand and called out to her. She brusquely put the bag of food on the table and walked away. I’m not sure why the food was served in a bag nor do I understand why the label slapped on the side of the bag clearly says table 106. Just crappy service and on top of that there were no napkins in the bag so I had to leave my two small grandchildren at the table to walk up to the front and wait for someone to come to what used to be cash registers to get some napkins for us Highly unimpressed

This McDonalds is amazing for selfish reasons. My daughter is trying to collect all the BTS toys. She has them all plus many extras. There was one toy she has been trying for and that we have come back for time and time again. Well, I asked one of the lovely ladies working here for support in finding the toy. We looked, could not find it and just gave up. We started eating and she found it!!! Came by and gave it to us and my daughter's face lit up.

This location is generally hit or miss. Today was exceptionally frustrating. I used my mobile app code with a reward. When I ordered my food, I told them that I had a reward and ordered my food. The order taker was distracted and kept asking me to repeat things (she actually admitted that she was helping someone else at the same time). When I paid, they refused to give me a receipt. They asked me to pull up to the 3rd window, and when I finally got my food, I found that 1) they had charged me for an extra burger I didn’t ask for; 2) made the burger I did ask for completely wrong; and 3) forgotten to give me two items from my order. On top of all that, I discovered that my reward item wasn’t credited so I paid for something that should have been free.
I was still at the window when we discovered this, but nobody ever came back to the 3rd window so I couldn’t flag them down.
When I went inside, they had nobody working the counter and I had to call to the back to ask for help with my drive through order.
Ultimately, this could have been avoided if they’d given me a receipt, and if they had come back to the window when I hand driven away.
This was too many mistakes in one order. It really felt like they purposely overcharged me, then shorted my food and hoped I wouldn’t notice. Very disappointing.

I found multiple pieces of steel wool in my breakfast sandwich after I had already taken a few bites. This is a huge hazard, and can cause serious medical problems if consumed. Crossing my fingers that I hadn't already consumed any.

Went to this location on 11/13 around 11:30pm. The girl working the drive thru had an attitude and was charging extra and pocketing the change. Beware if they charge you for extra. Never coming back. And neither should anybody.

I was going to order my quarter pounder from delivery and once I went to my car and opened it to eat it there was a bite taken out of my food. I was very upset and immediately went to go talk to the employee and when I showed they all pretended not to speak English. I hate this McDonald 1 star
