Update a year later: Apparently she still works here, and definitely still needs to work on her customer service skills that she doesn’t have. She’s rude when you ask her to repeat your order because the total seemed too low. Rolled her eyes and replied “I took your order” when she was reading it back to me. Come to find out she didn’t get 2 items so I had to pay again and wait even longer because she incompetent to be able to take an order.

Night staff are highly incompetent. Always get orders wrong or accuse of stealing (girl with black and green hair) when we don’t get all of our items we order.

EDIT: Exact reason I asked her to repeat my order. Got the bag of food and checked it and 2 items were missing, which she never got on the order from the start. Surprise surprise. If you can’t take an order correctly, why are you working here? And yet still rude when I asked her to charge me for them so I can have those two items she was too incapable of ringing up the first time.

Woman with thick black winged eyeliner at the window taking orders and payment is very rude. I’ve had multiple issues with her before. Asked for her to repeat my order because the total she gave me sounded cheaper than it should have been, I wanted to make sure I was getting everything I ordered, and she rudely repeated half of it and replied “I took your order” and rolled her eyes. Very surprised she still works here with her terrible customer service skills

Used the drive thru. Order was fast and complete. Employees were attentive.

The drive through can be very disappointing, today July 13 I went through and ordered 3 spicy sausage McMuffin w egg and it was repeated as but then received 3 spicy sausage McMuffin, hence you in the duce through to cut time I went into a headache because my order was messed up. And home was to far away to drive back and fix it. I believe they can do better cause this type of thing has happened many times. I'm sure to others as well, just not in taking the time for a review. Do better McDonald's 🤷🏻‍♂️

Very concomitant employees. Never give you the right order. Have to pretty much get on your knees and beg for ketchup and forks and spoons. Bathrooms were disgusting and a very dirty establishment. Maybe if more time was spent working than being on the phone it would get better.

They NEVER remember sauces. I go here at least once per week and every time I check the bag before driving away from the window because NOT ONE SINGLE time have they remembered to put the sauce in the bag without me prompting them at the second window. The employees usually have a bad attitude as well. But it's McDonald's so this is what can you expect LOL, just check your bag before driving off!

I usually only order breakfast stuff because it's always hot and fresh. But tonight I thought I'd try to go there for dinner and as usual the fries are colder than s*** tasted like they were made yesterday. Maybe it's because I went at 8:00 tonight I don't know but I'm not going to order Fry's anymore

Apparently everyone they hire to take orders can’t hear and people bagging food don’t know how to bag the correct food. Every time without a doubt my order is messed up somehow and usually missing food. I don’t think I would have to get a receipt every time to prove I paid for a certain amount of food to either not get charged correctly or it not be bagged properly. It’s not rocket science to know how to listen and grab the correct food from the order menu and put it in a bag together. Obviously you don’t need to have any skills whatsoever to work here

Constant accuracy issues over and over. Never leave without checking your order. Used a mobile coupon for 20% off. I guess that means missing 20% of your order.
