Dark parking lot - unable to SEE parking spots so got stuck in drive thru. Messed up our order - had to come in - couldn't get them to understand HAMBURGER not NUGGETS. No napkins or condiments in dining room or in bag from drive thru. Given THREE packets of ketchup for six people!!!! No drink machine available to fill child's water bottle and they would NOT. AVOID this location.

Have been there 3 times in the last 6 months cause it on the way home from my mothers. All 3 times they have screwed up my order. Every time I go can complain and get the right stuff. Really how hard is it. When I worked at Dairy Queen 30 years ago it wasn’t hard to get orders right.

One of the slowest McDonald's I've ever been too. Doesn't matter what time of day but you will be waiting a minimum of 10 minutes for your food. I've now been waiting 15 minutes for mine and there is a door dasher here who has been waiting for almost 30 minutes for their order. The owners, the Boselli's really need to take a long hard look at the management currently working here.

they took forever with 5 people in the lobby and no one in the drive through. so they need to figure out staffing for something here. i waited 35 minutes for my 2 happy meals and a coffee.

Staff are beyond rude and ignore people, I went to to pick up an order and saw an older gentleman being ignored he proceeded to say he was waiting for 20 minutes but no one took his order. They pretend to be busy and are very rude

It's literally just the staff.pretend like that they don't know English ,Mess up the orders run away from customers to avoid doing service it's crazy how I went back twice to get my burger done correctly and at the end of the experience I just left all their products with them .... Not worth it find another...

Today I went through the drive-through and had a great experience at this location! The service was super fast, and Cody, who brought my food out, was awesome — he waited to make sure everything was correct before I left. It’s so nice to see that kind of care and attention to detail. Great job, McDonald’s team!

Places is fine. Food is fine but The employees were a little off didn’t call my number for the Food it was sitting there for a while. I asked the young lady for a drink carrier while she was on her phone gives me a smug look and throws it at me And doesn’t even say anything I know it’s a big company and people can probably do whatever they want and not get affected by it but still it’s a job and customer service is still a thing would have liked some kindness

They had us wait off to the side for the rest of our order. They came out and showed us the label on the bag and it was our order. We get home and take everything out and it was entirely wrong. We go back to get it fixed and it was fixed rather quickly. Double checked everything and the labels on the items were exactly what our order was that had been sitting out for 30 minutes
Requested everything remade (as it should've been from the start) and the manager seemed unhappy and annoyed (eye rolling, short and snippy)
We won't be returning to this location if they're unwilling to right wrongs and serve edible food.
