McDonald's is about as reliable as it gets when it comes to fast food. The food is as good as it’s going to get it’s hot, quick, and satisfies a basic craving. That said, it’s hard not to notice the little things that could be better. For instance, it would be nice if they actually put the onions on my burger like they’re supposed to. And getting sauce? Don’t count on it unless you’re ready to double-check your bag or go back inside yourself. I used to work for this place, and I know damn well you have picture cards telling you what needs to go on my burgers, so give me my onions for frick sakes. I've been going here for over 10 years. Yes, I hate them, but at the same time, I'm stuck with them.
At the end of the day, the food is food. If you’re in a hurry, need something cheap, and don’t care too much about quality, this place will do the job. Just don’t expect much beyond convenience.
This review perfectly captures the experience at every McDonald’s within a 15-mile radius of my house. Let’s face it—they’re not going to change. Why would they? They rake in more money than the average person will see in 50 lifetimes. It’s fast food at its core: convenient, consistent, and far from perfect. So, instead of this being a review, this is more of a warning!

I grubhub here all the time and the staff won’t even look at you to help you, and if they do then they look away really quick, often they are rude, and take forever to get a simple order out.

Absolutely trash if you want food best go to king scoopers buy the ingredients and cook it yourself it’ll be quicker that way. Every time I come in it’s a staring contest with whoever is behind the counter

I pre ordered and pulled into spot one app says 2-5 mins. I was the only car there, 3 sandwiches 2 drinks. 15 mins later, I called asking for the manager because now its busy, and I look at my app again and It said my food was delivered within that 2-5mins as expected, but it was not. Manager didn't care other than she didn't know that I received a message that my food was delivered. You know I've been avoiding going to mcdonalds because the food born illnesses from contaminated food. Your managers are horrible and lie to look good with their numbers. Every time I complain, in person its dismissed with their lack of care. So here I am to see if mcdonalds cares.

THEY DON'T HAVE A CLUE HOW TO TAKE A SIMPLE ORDER I SPENT ALMOST 5 MINUETS TRYING TO ORDER A SIMPLE $5 VALUE MEAL DEAL WITH A MC DOUBLE AND UNSWEETENED ICED TEA. Lots of other burgers and fast food at 120th/Colorado. Don't need this McDonalds. I went in today told the mgr about ordering double cheese burgers to get home and find singles in the double wrappers. Since this happens so frequently I called the store as soon as I got got home. Whoever answered picked up the phone and immediately hung it up. I called back to get the message that I should try again later. The mgr listened politely and tanked me. THEN he sent another Mgr, to ring me up and giveme $1 off my meal today, plus a whole lot of attitude. No thank you, I don't need poor service, quality and attitude.
