My food this time was not nearly as good as usual. The sauce for my mac and cheese was really thick and didn't really cover the pasta well, and the noodles were a bit over cooked and were falling apart when I tried to mix up the pasta with the overly-thick sauce. My experience at this location is typically very good, and I've never had an really issues with my food in the past, so I think they must have been having an off day. Overall, I will still return to their restaurant and I would recommend it to friends based on my prior experience.

NOT WORTH IT.... First time trying noodles n company and it will probably be my last.. I would have been better off just getting a can of chunky Campbell's soup. I would have been much happier. 1st I received half a bowl of soup that had more celery then chicken, carrots or even noodles which I dont really care for celery in general.. If i wanted chicken broth it would have been much cheaper to go to the store and get. Worst of all they give you oyster crackers which in my opinion are horrible because they are always hard and taste stale. I much rather have regular crackers. I'd say the only thing that was good was my fountain drink but even then the machine went out and even that was ruined.. I'd give this place 0 stars if possible..

Avoid this store. The last few times we’ve gone, we’ve received raw chicken, multiple incorrect meals, and when we’ve tried to get our orders fixed, the staff has responded with attitude. Save your money and eat somewhere else!

Food is always amazing, atmosphere is calm and relaxing. Sometimes service is hit or miss - either very amazing or very not the best. Highly recommend this location, it’s my favorite whenever I need any food on the fly.
So disappointed in this place 😠 my daughter almost ate a piece of plastic found inside her spaghetti. Not a little piece either
**Not sure why this review won't let me add the Pic but feel free to message me back to see it.
The noodles were hard and the steak was over cooked and hard to eat
I used to be a huge fan of Noodles and would visit frequently. Service and food quality has declined over the years and as a result so has my visits.
Actually, the overall experience has declined. My recent visit to the Thornton location by far was the worst experience ever and Noodles has lost a customer for good. Here's why - went with my wife and her mother and ordered dine in. We ordered two Pesto Cavatapis (probably one of the most popular dishes) and a mac and cheese. After 25 minutes of waiting, staff informed us that they ran out of pesto and asked if we wanted something different which I declined. They than asked if we still wanted the mac and cheese to which I replied no since two of the three meals were not available and we wanted to dine together so I just asked for a refund. They offered to refund everything except the rice crispy treat because mom had taken a bite. I said that was poor customer service but whatever. Refund was $3.00 difference then what I originally paid (not in my favor) plus they didn't refund the tip and said there was nothing they could do. Seriously? Of all the places we could have went to we picked Noodles and I ended loosing money and wasting 30 minutes. Absolute horrible customer service.
First time ever trying Noodles & Co so I’m probably not coming back after this experience. I ordered the crispy chicken and bacon Alfredo. The chicken was burnt, the broccoli was undercooked and there was absolutely no sauce so it was dry. Despite there being virtually no customers and no line, we had a long wait to get our order taken. The staff was friendly but the place was a mess and almost all of the tables were dirty. If this is what’s expected from each visit, I’m definitely not interested in coming back to try anything else off the menu. Better off making this at home myself unfortunately.
