Usually very good. Unfortunately this last visit wasn't the best. Noodles were still hard, chicken was over seasoned, especially salty, and it wasn't what I ordered. It was close. Now I've gone there only about 5 times before. I really enjoyed my previous experiences, every cook has an off day. Besides the hard noodles, spice and wrong order awesome food and awesome job guys.

The new Alfredo is absolutely terrible. I don't understand why they would change one of their best selling dishes like this. Its the only thing I really liked from noodles and company besides their mac and cheese, but that I can make myself very easily.

Took forever- 40 minutes for two meals dine-in. The food quality was terrible. Noodles were hard; I had to send food back, then got completely different noodles in the meal. I ended up throwing it away. The soda machine syrup was out, so I notified the staff, nothing was done in the 50 min we were there. The bathrooms were NOT clean. NOT enough staff to take care of the volume that was coming through.

Pretty disappointed in our visit. We havent been there in years and now we remember why! Ordered the mac and cheese with parm chicken which came burnt on one side and was the wrong chicken as i recieved the grilled chicken and not the parm chicken. The chicken was cold and less than the size of a hockey puck width. The wrong noodles came with the order, even after the cashier told me which noodles to order because they were out of the elbow noodles. My gf got the Korean bowl. It was also cold and not very much meat at all. Probably about the same size as the above mentioned smaller than a hockey puck sized chicken. The pot stickers were cold and not flavorful and the breadsticks were soggy and... you guessed it, COLD. We had to go back to get our sauces. This order took us a wait time of over 30 minutes for a sheer disappointment, not to mention 40 dollars for just the food and no drinks... Don't think we'll be back here again unless we are really hard up for food.

They gotta figure their stuff out here… Staff looks miserable. Timing was horrible. Basically everyone in here is frustrated and the staff doesn’t seem to care at all.

SAVE YOUR MONEY DO NOT GO HERE Also when I called to complain, the manager hung up on me! I did not curse or raise my voice completely run by an immature unprofessional person.

I am done coming to this location! Worst ever. Everything I order here the chicken is either burnt, or undercooked. The noodles weren't cooked fully, the small amount of broccoli was under cooked. Yes the door has yet to be repaired. Took forever to come out. If you like noodles and co. Avoid this location.

Front door broken, had been for months. Food took forever, managers family got their food before anyone else who was waiting, they ordered after us. Food was so cold it seemed like they had it sitting in the refrigerator for a minute. Mac and cheese, the cheese wasn’t melting, had a ton of tomatoes in it??? Chicken was salty and tasted like wood. Food was overall disgusting, had to keep putting seasonings to eat it. Customer service was mid. Bathrooms were nasty. Waited forever for the manager to come help the cashier give us dollar bills because they ran out and did not want to re-count their register. We only needed $3. Main manager was their in the midst of all of this and acted like nothing no was going on and was in his own world of rainbows and unicorns. Wanted to end this horrible nightmare with a rice crispy treat. What could go wrong?? Well let me tell you… that was not a treat. When I opened the wrap it all fell apart like sand. WHERES THE MARSHMALLOW??
