I do drive-up carryout here often and they are always on time and nice. The pizza is always great and I LOVE that when I ask for extra black olives they load that shit up (unlike subway -_-). I super appreciate that and it keeps me coming back.

Tried to order delivery, waited an hour and a half and it was never delivered even though the driver said it was. Tried contacting the store multiple times and each time they let it ring or hung up on us. Don’t order from this store

Wondering if this location is running out of toppings. Shrinkflation? Never ordering from this location again. Where are my toppings? Pepperoni and spicy Italian sausage. Frozen pizza from the store has more. And come to think of it a better crust too.. Better ingredients, better pizza??? Not at papa john's. News flash domino's is way better and actually gives you toppings.

We don’t typically order from Papa John’s but dice our normal places were closed for Christmas Eve we decided on Papa John’s. We got 2 large pizzas and wings. Neither pizza was cut which we just cut but our one pizza was to be a large the works. It had only pepperoni sausage and Canadian bacon and had no veggies whatsoever which was why I chose this pizza. Then added pepperoncinis as an extra on the side and received one whole one. Not worth 1.00 that was spent. Definitely won’t be getting any return business

Ordered online only received half my order! Talked to the manager was told nothing he could do about it. Thanks for ripping me off $20 worth of food! Beware of thieves people!!!!

Tipping should not be expected when you apply for a driving job your the one who Applied for that certain amount that the company has to offer a tip is Gods person being grateful for your duty! Having said that we order from Papa John's we always TIP in CASH so said driver doesn't get TAXED for their tip I'm 100%sure the driver purposely slammed on their brakes while delivering the pizza because the tip wasn't added to the order ONLINE causing our pizzas to only have all toppings smashed to one side of the pizza boxes well thanks to that driver I told my husband we will tip not as much online like a few dollars not ten no more or if we do it cash we will have the driver wait while we check every single order before giving the cash tip. I'm tired of people who apply to jobs they don't like all because of a tip don't like the job there's millions other jobs out there find a different one

Ordered breadsticks, wings and a 2 liter for delivery. 2 liter not delivered, breadsticks arrived without dipping sauce. Driver did not speak English and was unable to rectify the situation. Filed online complaint over a week ago and haven't received a response. Papa Johns won't get another penny from me, ever. I'll get Little Ceasars before I go back to Papa Johns.

I got the wrong order and the man at front tried to gaslight me into staying that’s what I ordered even though I literally showed him my order details. He said he can’t do anything and to take it up with my bank if I wanted my money back! That’s hilarious haha honestly I just walked away. Not worth my time and effort and would not cause a scene over food. But hopefully my review helps people stay away from here.

They sent my order through doordash the driver called me and asked if i ordered doordash i said i ordered through papa johns and she said sorry dont speak english and hung up on me i called the store they said there was nothing they could do except send another order out in another 45 mins i walked outside and saw a car that looked confused no big deal no problem i called again and was told the same thing " i dont speak english one moment please" they kept me on hold for a good 5 mins i heard a baby screaming stuff rustling around and finally the car got close enough for me to walk up to it except they swapped our reciepts with someone elses and the woman who was handling the food was activly breastfeeding i dont feel safe eating that food so now im waiting ANOTHER 45 mins for another order....
