I ordered takeout twice at this location both times thin crust square cut pizzas when I received them they were a little undercooked and they were cut and incorrectly.However I called the store and talked to the manager and he was really polite with either refunding or remaking the pizza.I really appreciate him being understanding and the kindness factor that was offered during our conversation.

I love this place but I'm not paying celebrity Payton manning celebrity prices for it 33.75 for one pizza that outrages sorry hope too see you again papa John but that's ridiculous to feed a family of 4 no diserts just 1 pizza you out your God damn mind sorry it was outdated I didn't realize Payton sold his assets in 2018 but I'm still not paying celebrity prices and you were my number 1 pizza place

placed an order online, it was a pizza, cinnamon pull-aparts and a 2liter of pepsi. the order ended up arriving late, and i wouldn’t have even known it arrived if i wasn’t watching the window for the delivery person. when she arrived, she didn’t knock or ring the doorbell, and she forgot my soda. the food was not hot at all. i called the store only to find out that they put it through doordash. i NEVER have a good experience with that company. if i wanted doordash, i’d order from doordash. this explains why my food arrived late as well. the man on the phone was able to give me a refund but i am still annoyed. obviously there is a driver shortage. pay your employees more, and treat them well so you won’t be so shortstaffed and ruining the service.

I used to LOVE Papa John's, but rarely order because they're a little pricey compared to other places. I bought 5 large pizzas last night...it was delivered 20 minutes behind schedule, almost 1 and a half hours since I ordered. The most aggravating part was, though, was the pizza. Way more cheese than they used to do, and basically no sauce on it. It was actually rather gross. I always loved this place for their sauce and crust, but it was pretty gross. I can't say that I will be ordering again. I cannot justify paying the prices for their pizza for it to be unappetizing. Sorry, but I will pass.

This Papa John is usually on top of the game. Tonight my husband ordered a large one toping original crust and got a stuffed crust. Cheese bread with no marinara sauce. Out of all places we order pizza from Papa John's got it on point everytime. Not today and it was something we were look forward to after the week we had. Never again will I give business to Papa John's. ✌️
Used to be the go to... now won't even accept online orders... I called and they won't take an order over the phone. So I drove to the location and NOW they they me not accepting carry out or delivery. What a waste...
