I ordered pizza got a confirmation you're pizza is being delivered @6:50pm. called them at 7:10pm spoke to a girl about my pizza it's not here and she said that's no bueno! what kinda response was that? she said they picked up pizza @7pm its 7:10 no sorry I apologize. I asked can I refuse she said if I want. finally my pizza arrived cold pizza arrived @7:18pm. worst customer service.

They dont have most the food and what we did order took 20 minutes to even get.
The wings were good but that's it. I ordered pickup, the boy at the front was confused about everything. My order took much longer than they stated on the website when I placed my order. I waited over 20 more minutes at the restaurant for my pizza and it sucked.

Wow, this is twice I had issues with pizza hut. The 2nd time we ordered online and it said 45 minutes then we call and they said it would be over an hour. I was told by manager don't believe how long itll take online. I got mad said those who have pitched in will be leaving work soon you need to make a deal with me. She said I'm not I said you will after saying that a few times I said ok I'll call corporate she said FINE I'll give you a discount. I asked how much she said a discount I again what does that mean exactly she FINALLY said 20 off. I was like wow, was that so hard to tell me exactly. OMG what the hell is wrong with you.
