We were a weekly Domino's family until recently, to as they have gone downhill. We decided to try out Pizza Hut again to see if they had gotten out of their slump. I've been pleasantly surprised. The pizza is of decent quality. The toppings are what you expect and the crust styles we order are cooked as they should be. It is usually ready in under 20 minutes. I think the manager here is doing a good job and has a well trained staff are pleasant to interact with. We are currently visiting regularly without complaint.

But Shauna was the manager on shift tonight and she did amazing, I ordered door dash but called the store for extra sauces and she has always met my needs. I live outside the delivery range for this store, but this store does an excellent job compared to the stores in my area.!

I’ve never thought about giving a bad review, but the food quality + service at the 120th and Holly location was the worst I’ve ever had. The delivery driver was very pleasant, so I’d like to exclude him from this review. Our pizza arrived, we took sausage off the pizza to start munching, and it tasted spoiled and foul. We also noticed the meat was an odd color. I called Pizza Hut on 120th and Holly to ask for a refund, because there was no way we were eating spoiled meat, and we didn’t find pizza appetizing after this experience. The first 3 times I called, I was hung up on immediately. The 4th time I called, the phone was answered, but seemingly placed on the counter as no one said anything but I could hear people working. The 5th time I called, the person who answered was extremely rude. I let her know the meat was spoiled, she immediately became combative, and told me that I was the first person to complain of this issue. She offered a credit. My husband added validation saying how terrible the meat tasted and asked for a refund as we did not want pizza from this location after tasting spoiled meat or in general because of the terrible taste we had in our mouths - literally. The woman on the line began raising her voice and said fine I’ll give you a refund and hung up. I didn’t know if she knew who I was or what I ordered so I called back. She yelled when she answered that she’ll give me a refund and hung up again. Not having faith in this woman based on how she interacted with me, I called back for confirmation of some sort that I’d receive a refund. She answered and immediately threatened to call the police on me - after not being willing to calmly speak to me about confirmation details of my refund. I called back and she answered and said - “911 what’s your emergency” and hung up. I called the 104th location in Thornton to ask for details on a manager I could speak to and explained my situation. Thankfully, the manager at this location was helpful. I was issued a refund, which is great, but there was no reason that this woman needed to talk to me or other customers this way. She was unprofessional beyond measure. I can’t imagine how much business this location is losing because of the answer and hang up game she played. Or how many folks have become turned off by how awful they are treated when calling this location. I will say that if the woman that answered the phone was a more decent experience, I wouldn’t have even left a review on the poor quality of the food. Sadly, Pizza Hut has lost a customer indefinitely.

After giving the Pizza Hut on 104th multiple chances to redeem themselves we decided to try this location on Holly. They did an AMAZING job on our pick up order. I think it was the manager who greeted us but whoever it was she was very sweet and seemed like she actually enjoyed her job! Food was fresh and steaming hot! Definitely recommend this welcoming clean location! Thank you to the staff!!
The gal Shana? that took my order was awesome! What a good employee PH! I didn’t like the delivery charge of 6.49 that is pure and simple greed (no justification)The pizza was the standard crust yet was thin and not much to it. That was such a disappointment and shows (no matter your justification) that you don’t care that you are exploiting your customers. I will only be getting pizza from you when I have to as I did this time due to having surgery and was unable to cook myself. Shana is your only saving grace. I will next be trying Mario’s to see if you get what you are paying for or you also get exploited.
