Brian and Nancy are exceptional employees who we feel consistently deliver outstanding service. They were efficient, paid attention to detail, and managed orders quickly and accurately which made our visit seamless. They both displayed a warm demeanor and genuine care for customers. It created an inviting and memorable experience. Their teamwork and professionalism set them apart, even during busy times, and their dedication to excellence reflects positively on the brand. They are the kind of employees who keep customers coming back, and their hard work truly deserves recognition through a pay raise or other acknowledgment. We will definitely be coming back. Pretty disappointed we did catering for 30 people, the cost was north of $600 ( includes food, tax, tip, etc) at best it was enough food for 16 people. I understand some people eat more. Some people eat less, but we literally didn't even have enough to feed half of our family.
When we spoke with the store manager, we were told, not sure. You'll have to speak with the GM ?

Disappointed. Ordered a steak bowl. It came with something extra in it. I don't remember asking for Plastic. Makes you lose your appetite after chewing on something like that. Also ordered a chicken bowl with guacamole. The guacamole rolled out of that bowl, and the staff member just wiped off the serving counter and never replaced it with another scoop. Flavor was lacking in taste. Must have changed the seasonings.

Ordered a to-go for my parents with 3 meals and chips & queso. My mom was excited the tortilla soup was back. Got home and her loaded soup... didn't have soup. Just the toppings ordered on the soup.

Posted operating hours aren't reliable. Multiple times recently, I've arrived hours before the posted close time to find the door locked and the staff putting the food away.

This is the only qdoba me and my bf go to. The food and portions are the best, and the staff are always friendly. Always our top pick when choosing where to eat
I DoorDash with this restaurant and there is literally nothing that I ordered extra besides the beans and rice. I got my refund and I called Randall, who was the manager and gave him a piece of my mind!
52 dollars for this BS and uncalled for ?
The service tonight was nothing but terrible. To start off, I waited 15 minutes to even order, which isnāt the biggest problem because I was there during peak dinner rush, but 4 people in front of me should not take longer than 5 minutes. The lady starting off the entrees, was huffing and puffing all over everyoneās food, slamming her fists on the table, slinging food around as she scooping, talking smack about her coworkers right in front of us, and giving every customer an attitude. Iām surprised she wasnāt knocked out because of her behavior. While I was ordering, I specifically stated what I wanted - white rice, NO BEANS, and chicken - she scoops my rice and then goes āBEANS?!ā, I said āno i said thatā and she comes back with āso do you want queso or veggies or notā, in the most disrespectful tone. She slides my burrito over so hard it almost falls off the table and then it sits there, open-faced for many minutes before I was asked if I wanted anything elseā¦by that point I didnāt even want the thing because it was cold by now. Her name was āPugsā ????? I donāt know if thatās her real name but she damn sure looked like one.

be so fr. last time they gave me soooo little and this time i ordered online & they had none of my sides + half the stuff in the bowl was missing. like BRUH its on the paper taped on the bowl. ??āāļø? they never fail to make me not want qdoba

I went in today and one of the employees was making food. He ended up coughing all over the food, as it was being made. Instead of offering to make new food, he packaged it up and served it. I ended up having to go back to another employee to ask them to re-make the dish he coughed on. They did, which was great. No problem. My feedback is, that if an employee is sick or appears to be sick they should at minimum be wearing a mask, if unable to stay home. Also, if an employee noticibly coughs all over a customers food, I think it's appropriate to throw out the food and make the dish fresh without being asked.

Me and my girlfriend had some of the worst service here. They are so rude and impatient. Not to mention they are racist towards anyone who has light skin. Donāt ever go here!

There was a kid that was playing in the medium cups at the thornton location. He put is hands inside the cups then put them back. I told the girl working at the register, you might want to throw those away. She just stared at me and said her English wasn't the greatest. This is really gross, I don't recommend getting any of the fountain drinks, who knows what has happened to the cups, it's soon unsanitary

I love Qdoba but this location bums me out everytime. I've given it quite a few chances thinking maybe it was an off day. The first time I recieved a very sad breakfast burrito. It was not worth paying for the extra protien. This time, I ordered a bowl, which is usually packed and enough to get a few meals of of it.There was hardly any rice or meat in my bowl and the little that was there, was swimming in salsa. Topped off with 4 little strands of pickled onions.Also ordered a large guac.. and the amount of chips we recieved was really sad! What is happening??
