I came through the drive through and ordered 1 box combo, I asked for extra fries instead of slaw and 3 extra sauces. The drive through boy that took the order was super rude which was shocking because that's a lot of audacity for someone who looks like a rat. Bad enough, but whatever and then I get to the second window and the girl who paid me out, Kylee, was also pretty rude and just giving side-eye. To top it all off I got toast instead of fries which was written clear as day on the receipt and I know damn well he heard the order for extra fires, along with that I got charged for 3 extra sauces and only got the one sauce with the meal.

Awful, worst Cane's I've ever been to. No salt on the fries and they were rushing me to order. Did not enjoy.

Good chicken. Better if you eat it there. The to-go box can make the tenders soggy. Really good Sweet Tea.

I got the 6 piece chicken strips basket with a large sweet tea. The chicken was crispy on the outside and hot and juicy on the inside. I highly recommend this location.

I usually always come to this place. Just cause I don’t live that far from it and it’s always majority of the time good But however, this last time that I came, I had gotten a sandwich combo as far as even a Cananic combo for My Son and I went home to grub But I noticed my lettuce was old so I went back and they had Got me a new sandwich combo, but for the inconvenience, they didn’t want to give me anything so I had wasted my time and gas just to get my meal fixed And he would’ve thought they would’ve given me something For the inconvenience and they didn’t care. This will be the last time I come here and I hope no one else has the same experience I should’ve took a photo and Exposed it on social media, but I’m not that type of person but now I regret it. Update so it’s now December 8th and I had spoken to customer service and they said they were gonna send me coupons and it never happened so even the customer service sucks on top of that.

We ordered five Texas toast in the drive thru. We did not receive it in our order and once we got home 20 minutes away we realized they didn’t include. We called in to get it refunded and were told to drive 40 minutes to come back in person for a refund. Then the individual on the phone hung up after I asked to speak to a manager.

Smallest portions ever!! Bought 2 of the 3 peice meals- $23.00++. The chicken strips were the size of chicken nuggets. So sad, portions were perfect when they opened, now for 1
5" to 2" chicken strips- not worth it at all.
