Food tonight was consistently hot and delicious. Only complaint I have today is that the sun was beating down through the west windows, and there are no blinds or curtains to make any seating position, other than facing east, bearable.

~ I love this place because of their quality of food. They also make the choices simple. Tonight is Saturday night and place is packed. There’s also a great drive-through line. All the employees seem like they like working here.The food is always delicious and made fresh. Really great vibes. I’d recommend this to any family or Couple on a date or just a single person. Looking for some good food.

I like Canes but the only issue I have it the tenders are inconsistent - great for quality - not great for the price. I got four tenders half the size of my daughter’s tenders. The only other thing about their food that is lacking in all over flavor. Yes the chicken is good, never dry, and crunchy but I would LOVE more spices added to the chicken and fries. I like their dipping sauce as well. Service is always pretty good and the inside is great!

I walked in at 745pm and ordered. No problem, quick service. They called my name and then I went looking for a clean table. There were none. I spoke to a woman who works here taking notes. Shift lead I suppose. I pointed out all the dirty tables, she apologized and got somebody to start cleaning. She then gave me a free meal for my trouble. As she handed it to me, she started in with the excuses on how busy they were. I wish I said that when I walked in, you were sitting at a table writing and another employee was taking a break behind her at another table. Essentially, 2 employees can have 2 clean tables to sit at, but I can't. Got it! Shame on you Cane's. You failed at customer service on page one.

Been to Cane’s in AZ, NYC, and Foco. This one: fries were nice and hot, coleslaw better than the others (idk why), but chicken fingers were not served piping hot, like we're used to. Parking lot a mess the way it's configured and it's next to In n Out, making it challenging. Thankfully, people were patient.
