The only issue I’ve ever had with this place is that there’s never anyone there to take my order. I’ll be standing at the ordering counter for 5+ minutes and no one shows up. There’s no bell or any other way to let an employee know that there’s someone up front waiting either. The only way to order at this place is if you’re lucky enough to have an employee up front when you walk up. I can only imagine how many sales they’ve lost because they just don’t realize there’s customers up front.

This use to be one of the best places to eat at this mall. It has really gone down hill. The staff was rude, the salad tasted old and very little to choose from. I don't know what happened to this place but I will not be back. This is not the place I am use to. Very sad!

Would not recommend!. Wow talk about needing help in staffing. They have a sign that says pizza in 160 seconds lol, thats a joke. They don't tell you the staff is so unorganized its going to take at least 20 minutes to get there stuff together. it's 11:30 on a Wednesday. I have one person a head of me in line. I just wanted a cheese pizza 🤦
Hope you have time to waste. They have a build your own pizza set up. But then they are so disorganized and behind that you have to wait 45 minutes for a 7inch pizza. Would not recommend
