Something is up here. We used to come here all of the time. A few things are still going right:

Sushi is excellent
Service is great

What's funky:

The smell in this place. It smells like a music festival outhouse after a week of use and being in the hot sun. It is coming from their bathrooms, they know it because they have 20 different types of air fresheners to mask it, which doesn't work. Ya'll really need to get that addressed.

The restaurant is also stained and dirty. Next time you go in or if this is your first time. Take a look at their bar seats and their seats in general. Freaking gross.

Walked in, stood at the “wait to be seated” sign for 5 minutes then I walked out after nobody came over. Even an uber eats driver came in and was standing there unsure of what to do.

I have spent over $1000 at this restaurant. The last time I went, me and my BFF got food poisoning. It lasted for 30 hours. I called and told the restaurant, and I am still waiting for a call back from the manager after 2 weeks. Not cool. Thus, this review.

Great option for sushi! We loved our meal. The plate presentation with dry ice smoke was very nice! Big and comfortable inside.

I always like to highlight great service when I write reviews, but unfortunately this experience was the complete opposite. We were served by a waitress named Heaven, who ironically was anything but.

We waited around 10 minutes before anyone even acknowledged us. I was sitting at the sushi bar and had to ask the chef directly if we were supposed to order there. We started with the Wagyu, which came with no side plates — not a big deal, though it would’ve been appreciated.

Then came our sushi order, which totaled around $130. I politely asked Heaven for side plates and small dishes for soy sauce. She responded with a rude, dismissive look and handed them to me without saying a word. I still thanked her, but she didn’t acknowledge it at all.

After we finished eating, she asked if we wanted anything from the kitchen. We said no, and she walked off to tend to other tables — completely ignoring us for over 20 minutes while we waited for the check. Eventually, we asked the chef again if we were supposed to pay up front, which we ended up doing.

There was a serious lack of attentiveness and hospitality throughout the meal. Despite the unpleasant energy and spending over $150, I still left a 14–15% tip, because that’s just the kind of person I am. But honestly, my friend felt she didn’t even deserve a dollar.

This experience felt rude, dismissive, and entirely unwelcoming. I expected much better.

Probably one of the best suchi/ habachi dinners I’ve had. You pay for the quality of food. We’ve been here a couple of times and it’s great every time.

I went for a family member's birthday and the staff was so amenable to let us stay even after the kitchen was closed. Good sushi and nice, personable waitstaff. Quiet, clean, and nicely decorated atmosphere. I'm sure I'll be back!

I was astounded at how good this unassuming shopping mall sushi restaurant was. The freshness of the fish, quality of the knife work, value for the price, and presentation all impressed me and I will definitely be going back. Portion size for both sashimi and nigiri are generous, and the staff was friendly and efficient.

I was served extremely undercooked eel, which is poisonous when raw or undercooked. Thanks to this oversight, I’ve spent the entire day violently sick. To make matters worse, the place reeks of rotten eggs—clearly a sewage issue they’ve chosen to ignore.

We used to love this place, but it’s fallen off a cliff. For the absurd prices they charge, you’d expect edible food and a tolerable atmosphere. Instead, you get botched cooking, a toxic stench, and a day of regret on the toilet.

Don’t waste your money here.
