WORST CHICKEN SANDWICH EVER!!!!!
MY WIFE WENT BACK TO GET THE SANDWICH THEY FORGOT SINCE THEY DONT EVEN KNOW HOW TO COUNT HOW MANY BURGERS ARE IN THE ORDER I MEAN CMON PEOPLE THERE WAS ONLY 2 BURGERS IN THE DAMN ORDER NO WONDER WHY YOU WORK AT SONIC! NOT ONLY DID THEY FORGET IT BT WHEN I WENT TO GO TAKE A BITE IT WAS SUPER HOT LIKE IT JUST CAME OUT OF THE MICROWAVE & THE LETTUCE WAS WILTED BEYOND RECOGNITION NEVER GET BURGERS FROM THIS LOCATION!

Can we say rude. We were going through the drive-thru and my son had to use the restroom, which they clearly have 2 bathrooms, anyway she was rude in the way she talks and said their not open to the PUBLIC.......WHAT ARE THEY FOR?

Horrible service going through the driver through. They had a sign up refusing tap pay which was fine. Changed our payment method thinking we could pay cash and card, once it was finally our turn the worker was super short and rude about us paying cash and card and said she couldn’t do that. Won’t be back.

I ordered a cheeseburger some drinks and sides at 4:30 through the mobile app. The burger had too much sauce on it. I couldn’t eat the burger as all the sauce made the bun soggy. I called for a refund and they said without the receipt they couldn’t issue a refund. I told them I wasn’t handed a receipt as it was a mobile order and I just have the confirmation emailed receipt available. They said that wouldn’t work and they could not issue me a refund for the burger. Just to be clear, I was not asking for a refund for the whole meal, just the soggy burger and I made that clear over the phone. Everything else was great. I’m a little dissatisfied with the customer service.

Every time we come to this location, they always say we can only do drive thru. They are to lazy to go outside because it's to cold or some other reason. This frustration that every time me and my wife come here all the time. Today we wanted to get drinks. I pushed the button on the sunny side of the building, and they got on and said we are only doing drive thru or the side where everything icy. It dose not seem like they care about the safety of the patrons. And the lady that answered was kind of rude today. So we drove off unsatisfied with this Sonic location again, because we have had bad experiences at this specific location with them either being rude or saying they can only do drive thru.
