Went to Sonic with my dad who can't use his left arm. There was this wonderful employee who noticed and came out and delivered the food. She was absolutely incredible and so nice.

UPDATE: My review/complaint was escalated and I got a call from one of the managers at the restaurant who was very gracious and professional. She apologized for my experience and wants to make it right. She said (something to the effect) that they had just installed a new fryer and that some of the employees were still getting used to it. Having worked in fast food myself (long ago), I know how complicated some of the equipment can be. I shall return! :)

This Sonic location has come a long way in quality and consistency since they first opened, and the food tastes even better when you get it for a deal with the Sonic App. The revamped fries with groovy sauce is our go-to order. Their burgers are pretty good, too.
