Leaving a mutual review hoping for more training. This is my local starbucks and I order often from here but drinks at this location are often made wrong to the order or made wrong just in general tasting very watery leaving me grouchy for the rest of the day! Lol On a separate note, staff have always been very friendly here!

Used to be fast and friendly now new staff takes 30 minutes a coffee i have 7 other locations near me and this 1 wont see us again need to redo staff as this staff doesn't work all customers wait every time

The window this morning people were a joke. Dude with the crazy hair you shouldn't argue with a customer telling you there drink has coffee in it when u asked creme base . Should of just remade my drink not insist it's correct when u can see the coffee on the drink. I asked for a refund on coffee and to make my sandwich instead you guys were extremely rude and cancelled my entire order.

Every thing else was amazing with the food and drinks awesome 😄 but the Service isn’t nice the employee being rude to the customer by doing nothing just sitting she was yelling at me which isn’t a pleasant employee and the atmosphere is alright but not comfortable with the environment with the staff of the company and workers yelling at people that they want sit at a coffee shop to charge my phone 📱 and doing my work! And the lounge is for everyone and everybody to enjoy 😊 and relax environment but a little disrespectful employee to the other costumer and the environment as well! Bad employee! Thanks Starbucks, Do better!!!

I have been a happy customer here for years. Recently, my Shaken brown sugar espresso must have got mixed up with another order. It was a disappointment since I was in a hurry and couldn't go back to fix it. I mentioned it to Makayla, the store manager, and ahe didn't hesitate to make it right. Excellent as usual. Not all Starbucks are the same. I will continue coming back again and again.

I never have any issues with any of the staff, or how they make the drinks. They're all wonderful. I have no issues with that. However, for a while now, I have been extremely disappointed with the actual coffee itself, and I'm not placing the blame on the people who make my coffee, they do the best they can. If you're given shit ingredients, what more can you do. While I'm disappointed in the breakfast menu options, I actually like the drinks at Ziggy's and Dutchbros, I recommend going there instead if you want to enjoy your drink.
