Leaving a mutual review hoping for more training. This is my local starbucks and I order often from here but drinks at this location are often made wrong to the order or made wrong just in general tasting very watery leaving me grouchy for the rest of the day! Lol On a separate note, staff have always been very friendly here!
I have been a happy customer here for years. Recently, my Shaken brown sugar espresso must have got mixed up with another order. It was a disappointment since I was in a hurry and couldn't go back to fix it.
I mentioned it to Makayla, the store manager, and ahe didn't hesitate to make it right. Excellent as usual.
Not all Starbucks are the same.
