Starbucks is my favorite coffee shop. On this occasion I don't have good comments for this place in particular. It took over 20 minutes to give me my coffee. People came, picked up their coffee and left and I kept waiting. The place was a little dirty, the trash can was full, it didn't fit even one more napkin. I hope to have a better comment next time.
I love this starbucks but when you have to sit in the drive through for 30 mins and can’t get out whatsoever it gets a bit stressful and they don’t even apologize for the wait or comp anything for the inconvenience. Evenings should be prioritized staffing wise especially when they have deals going on as it’s not fun with an infant crying stuck in a drive through for more then half an hour..
