I’m a foreigner and I love Starbucks but I can’t believe that I take the worker “Matty” (I don’t know if it’s really her real name) to give me a double bacon cheese 20 minutes! Even though after 10 minutes I asked if my order was ready. He even asked me again after a while if I was waiting for an order and when he realized that it wasn’t even ready, he just started.

I would not consume again in this place.

I don’t think the current employees know what the drinks are or how to make them.

My mocha always tastes burned, there was no foam, no whipped cream and it tasted awful. At almost $10 a drink I want what I paid for.

I then had to spend several minutes going back and fourth with the employee about if Cafe Mochas come with foam and whipped cream— to the point I had to show her that foam and whipped cream are standard ingredients included on the listed items on the app.

Very disappointing and concerned about the quality of drinks coming from here and what type of manager would allow the blatant laziness.

Worst Starbucks ever. They burn my milk in my cappuccino everytime and they catch an attitude when they need to remake it. The staff is a bunch of kids who are to busy playing and flirting with each other. They don't read or listen to your order then roll there eye's. The store needs to be retained and or fired.

This is the worst Starbucks I’ve experienced. I ordered a Iced Brown sugar oat milk shaken espresso with cold foam but didn’t even add any cold foam on it and the coffee was really bitter and it tasted like there was no milk so it was basically like drinking black coffee and it charged us the cold foam that wasn’t added. We also ordered the summer berry refresher and it tasted really watered down and so much ice. The lady made our drinks and she put a little of the actual drink and the rest was water, all the sudden she pulled out another jug of the refresher and she gave us water instead of the refresher big SCAM! Every time we go there we try to give it a second chance to see if they changed the way they made their drinks but it is still bad. I will not be coming back to this Starbucks ever again!

Manager is so loud and yelling all morning. Blames her new employees for mistakes she is making. I feel so bad for the other employees at this store. Not a calm and relaxed coffee shop.

With 4 employees behind the counter, 1 cleaned slowly, 1 cleaned floors, the cashier stood and leaned on the register on her phone and the only guy making drinks gave another customer their order before mine was completed. Very poor service! Will not come back to this location!

Why is water not free? That is so stupid. We had to pay 75 cents for water. And also we went in there and this lady was so nasty to us and I said are you guys still doing the free water deal and the nasty lady said NO If you want the free water you have to buy something else or purchase a water. Also the lady said when I brought up the 75 cents she said you will have to wait a minute in the nastiest voice. Never coming back.

Today I placed my order at this location. The girl in charge of making the cold drinks made a mistake with my order. It wasn’t a big deal—I waited again—but 40 minutes went by, and when I asked her about it, she was very rude and just left the coffee on the table without even telling me if it was mine. She treated me terribly. I don’t know why they have people like that working there. I’m never coming back.

This is the worst Starbucks I have ever been to. I order a cappuccino every single day, and I know exactly what a cappuccino is. I always order my cappuccino at Starbucks. Here, they gave me a shot of espresso with just milk foam on top, and instead of fixing it, they stood there arguing with me that this is how a cappuccino should look. Terrible service. They even suggested that I just buy something else if I want a proper drink.

7 employees, I’m the only customer. Wait a few minutes, nobody acknowledges me. I finally put away my wallet and walk out. Heat a sarcastic “have a great day!” as I leave. Why even bother?
