The cashier working the first register I could not hear what she was asking me when I finally after the 3rd repeat I finally understood then I paid. As I walked away she mimicked and was doing jesters like I was stupid. She probably does this to special needs people too. She needs to find a different job she don’t work well with the public. Picture is just for proof I was there and not someone just complaining. I deal with people in a different type of industry and my customer service skills are way beyond this young girl’s will ever be.

Terrible service, even the good afternoon didn't take long to serve me, the girl who prepares the drinks was super slow and still started to talk, they gave drinks to other people who arrived after me and even when I told her that it had already taken a long time, she made fun and continued talking .. he gave me my coffee badly and when he felt like it, the truth is I don't recommend the place

Absolutely horrendous experience here. Cashier was nice, the other girls were awful. Gave me the wrong drink, tasted milk in it and I have a dairy allergy. After 10 minutes of trying to get the attention of the girl making drinks, she asked my name and walked away and never returned. After waiting another 10-15 minutes and still not receiving the drink I ordered nor anyones help, I walked out as my newborn was crying. I called customer service who told me that because I didn't register the gift card on an account I don't have that I cannot receive a refund. For a major company, I truly would expect a little bit better customer service. No drink, no refund, and an allergic reaction. Thanks Starbucks.

We bought 4 mocha cookie crumbles and waited about 15 minutes for them to only be chunks of ice. Pure ice. We paid for flavored ice. Not happy at all.

I came in to purchase a $30 gift card. As I put my credit card in to pay, the cashier said to hit the star to complete the transaction, when you do that it automatically charged $6 tip. I asked to cancel it bc I don’t tip on purchasing gift cards and the manager said they can’t cancel it once the transaction is completed. I used to work in retail and at a coffee shop, you can absolutely cancel the transaction! When I left I called the 1-800 and had them cancel the order. This is really dishonest and bad business. I will not purchase from this Starbucks again. The two older ladies weren’t that friendly anyways and I believe they knew this would happen since I’m now reading other reviews with similar experiences. Beware of this location and their dishonest employees! Tips on everything is getting out of hand and imo I don’t believe a $6 tip to purchase a $30 gift card is necessary.
