Why is water not free? That is so stupid. We had to pay 75 cents for water. And also we went in there and this lady was so nasty to us and I said are you guys still doing the free water deal and the nasty lady said NO If you want the free water you have to buy something else or purchase a water. Also the lady said when I brought up the 75 cents she said you will have to wait a minute in the nastiest voice. Never coming back.

Today I placed my order at this location. The girl in charge of making the cold drinks made a mistake with my order. It wasn’t a big deal—I waited again—but 40 minutes went by, and when I asked her about it, she was very rude and just left the coffee on the table without even telling me if it was mine. She treated me terribly. I don’t know why they have people like that working there. I’m never coming back.

This is the worst Starbucks I have ever been to. I order a cappuccino every single day, and I know exactly what a cappuccino is. I always order my cappuccino at Starbucks. Here, they gave me a shot of espresso with just milk foam on top, and instead of fixing it, they stood there arguing with me that this is how a cappuccino should look. Terrible service. They even suggested that I just buy something else if I want a proper drink.

I ordered an iced Americano, but it came out with milk in it. When I asked if there was milk in it, they said it was right. I keep asking you again and again, and only then do you want the water? So I managed to change it.

The older lady at the register, who has been working there since the store opened, is extremely rude. She yells at customers and displays a terrible attitude when they don’t immediately order their drinks. Her behavior creates such a hostile environment that it makes the experience very unpleasant.
All the workers I talked to mumble to me and were very rude. They acted like they didn’t want to do their job😤😭
