A girl works here. Today I bought a matcha. She served me very reluctantly. She gave me a broken glass and about half of the matcha was thrown away. When I told her that the glass was broken, she changed it for me but she put what was left in the glass. broken glass I had almost thrown away all the matcha if you don't feel like coming to work, whoever you come to has such an ugly attitude I won't buy there again

It was a brand new cup that I exchanged for my points that I redeemed and I just asked them to rinse it out and she gave me an attitude and said "well it depends on how dirty it is" pathetic. It was brand new. I didn't ask her to wash my cup. ?

All of the baristas are incredibly nice and helpful. However, this Starbucks charges more for several drinks than other Starbucks - the store is run and operated by target. If you want to half caf some of the drinks they charge you extra. It’s not uncommon to spend an extra $1-$2 here for the same drink at another store. However, you can use your red card to get 5% off at this place which is nice, and better than using your Starbucks app - because it’s owned by target, it doesn’t earn stars or contribute to any offers Starbucks is running where you need to buy x to get bonus stars.

I bought a Starbucks because I really like it, I asked for three caramels, they gave me 3 pure coffee, it doesn't have caramel or sugar, I don't really recommend it, I'm very disappointed ?

The flies....the freaking flies. ???♀️ Two of the employees are always nice, the rest.....meh. The espresso tastes burnt a solid 75% of the time too. Definitely not cool.

This location is busy, but they were well staffed and their efficiency was top notch. I was there 3 mornings in a row, and never waited long for anything.
