Subway in Thornton

“The service was excellent. This subway had what we wanted! We had went to a couple other subways and they looked like they were already closing down for the night and they still had an hour until closing. We ordered meat ball sandwiches and right away we were told they were out. THIS SUBWAY had everything we wanted and the service was so friendly! And the restaurant was very clean!“

“Ann and Adrian were very helpful. I was ordering three sandwich’s and it was a smooth transaction. i asked for crispy bacon and Adrian took the time to heat it up multiple times making sure if it was right. It was clean and the smell was so good… I bet the staff go home smelling like subway or maybe just yeast from making the bread“

The staff were all so friendly, excelled at their jobs, and provided top notch customer service. “I had the best service ever at the subway. I had a wonderful sandwich ; the buffalo chicken. It was so very fresh and tasty. A young man, Isaiah, who was very friendly and courteous suggested toppings for the sandwich. The chocolate cookies and the cheesecake cookies were excellent, tasty fresh and soft. The jalepeno bread was really good. His coworker Rihanna also assisted with our sandwiches , and she was very friendly. These young people have a lot of responsibility and seemed to take it very seriously. They were very busy cleaning and putting things away. At times when you go to fast foods restaurants, the tables and flours are all dirty ; but that was not so at this facility.
My granddaughter also had a sandwich and it was made to perfection.
I really enjoyed the atmosphere it was quiet the music wasn't blaring.

“We live nearby and come here a lot. We’ve gone thru the app once which messed up the order but every time we’ve gone in person we’ve had the nicest gentlemen working the counter. I feel bad because it seems like some shifts are alone and can be overwhelming but they seem to manage well.“
