The rude brunette at the drive thru window should not be in customer service she is the rudest most unprofessional person I've ever seen. Everytime I go at lunch she's awful. She really hates giving out sauce packets too. It's a shame that you allow someone like that to deal with your customers

Ordered online and of course items were forgotten it doesn't matter if you go through the drive thru or online probably even dinning in they will forget something then you try to call and let them know and they ether deny it or don't even answer

They didn't give me any sauce with my chicken nuggets and gave me chips instead of the cinnamon twists I'd selected with my box. I drove back, the manager seemed extremely pissed off at me for requesting the sauce and correct item. He grabbed the chips and cheese sauce out of my box and threw them straight into the trash which just seems rude and wasteful.

This goes out to Taco Bell company stop the chicken nuggets they aren't good dried up no flavor no meat because they were dried out or overly cooked Stick to the tacos burritos and all that you cook stay away from the chicken wings and the chicken nuggets Taco Bell as for the store I have no issue with you it's the fact that the company is trying to sell chicken nuggets after the chicken wings failed only issue I have with the store is the fact that I paid for jalapenos to be put in my burrito supreme and didn't get any but I paid for them
I got 2 crunchy beef tacos at 6:12 pm on 12/22/24 and they made me really sick… I projectile vomited it up 2 hours later. I tried to call to tell them the food made me sick and to maybe throw it out and make a fresh batch but the guy on the phone pretended he couldn’t hear me when I was almost yelling at him very clearly… I wasn’t calling to be rude I was calling so that no one else gets bad food or sick. I will NEVER eat Taco Bell again after this.

Went through the drive-through this morning and the cashier who helped me name Junior was so nice and very professional. Had a good experience with this young man.
Always a good choice, when other Taco Bell restaurants don't seem to live up to this one's standards. This restaurant has people who care and it shows in the quality of their food. I appreciate the crew there and will continue to get my Cravings meals from this one. Always keeping the menu fresh and tasty.

Every time I order nachos I ask for extra cheese sauce and as usual get charged $0.75 for it. Check my nachos and have bare minimum sauce and toppings. What a rip off. Why charge me extra if you barely even make it correctly to begin with?

So when i go inside they refuse to take my order and tell me to use the kiosk which was very annoying with cash bc i still needed to go to cashier to pay. when i go through drive thru they refused to take a separate order for my friend who was not paying together. They also refused to add more food to my order saying they are Not Allowed too?!?! So im done with this taco bell location. Please have more decent customer service employees and not rude high teenagers.
