The young man taking the order was a nice as he could be despite him speaking very broken English, that was NOT my issue. Although he was very hard to understand.
My issue was the condition of our food in the bag. Upon opening the bag we discovered all the heavy food was in top of the softer food, smashing all the tacos and the Mexican pizza. We were also shorted a few items.
This is not the first time this has happened and despite calling the restaurant and trying to talk to the manager (who coincidentally is never avaliable). I'm make sure to try to go to another location or restaurant in the future.

Several people who were just from drive thru were already waiting to get items that were missing from their orders. Not a good sign. I ordered inside and my order was still wrong. When I went to the counter she had no clue what I was saying when I told her there are only 2 items and the bag receipt said 3 clear as day. She looked at me like a confused dog when it hears a high pitched sound and walked away. Someone else came up and it took explain again and waiting another 5 minutes….. all I needed was one more taco out of a simple order for 3 tacos. Don’t waste your money or more importantly, your time here

At the time im writing this i had just left the drive through about 15 mins ago. I was driving for doordash and got a order that was going to pay really well. But I sat in the drive thru for 15 mins and never got a respond even tho I pulled up with someone in the drive thru before me and they never answered me. So my ratings got messed up and lost out on money because they never answered me ay the drive thru.

Gave me wrong order and then took the food back that already left the building after I warned that’s a health hazard. Took 5-10 min to get my correct order. Not a great Taco Bell experience at all plus concerned over food and safety training

Wow I went through drive-thru ordered a classic box I couldn't tell the difference between my soft shell taco and my five-layer burrito. Soft shell taco was old! Tortilla had absorbed the grease from the taco meat, lettuce was soggy not to mention I'm pretty sure my soft shell taco was bigger than my five-layer burrito. Here's a pic of so called burrito. Train your people better on portioning on presentation because this is pathetic

This maybe the worst Taco bell in Colorado, this includes the rat hole in Pueblo. First the staff here are almost always rude, they had food fights at night in the kitchen. The Drive Thru lady that's there most nights is the worst human being on the planet, I do not hit women but I'm dang near ready to make an exception for this bish. They cant ever get an order right, The quality is pure baby crap diaper quality. Tonight did not feel like driving so did Grubhub it auto defaulted to this location for what ever reason I'll never know. I have set another Taco Bell as my Taco Bell in the settings and it just decides randomly to switch back to this crap hole. As usual I contacted Grubhub asked them to switch locations they said they cant have to cancel order and order from other location and be 5 day's for my money said forget that noise. So just dealt with it but said out loud to my wife you clean the backyard if this order is wrong and messed up (she did not agree cause she knew it was gonna be) smart on her part cause she would have lost the bet, 14 items 3 were correct.... How...How do you mess up 11 items... Please someone shut this location down or clean house top to bottom and get people in there that actually give a crap.

The rude brunette at the drive thru window should not be in customer service she is the rudest most unprofessional person I've ever seen. Everytime I go at lunch she's awful. She really hates giving out sauce packets too. It's a shame that you allow someone like that to deal with your customers
