I had an amazing experience at this Taco Bell today! Many times when I order the bean burrito and ask for no onions, for some reason the staff do not put the sauce in the burrito. I mentioned this to the staff, and when I got home I found two little cups of the sauce in my bag. Such a small thing to be so happy about, but now if another person forgets the sauce I have some at home to add. As someone who cannot eat many foods do to aversion, I find it incredibly hard to handle...
Matthew was absolutely amazing. His costumer service should be the GOLD STANDARD. He made sure he got everything right and was overall incredibly kind. Thank you Mathew, I hope you see this
This closing night crew is literally the only time I go to Taco Bell an am satisfied! Thank you closers! You guys are probably the most under appreciated, underrated crew but by far the best! Thank you for properly serving us 🫡
