Two orders before me had a terrible wait but the girl working the counter was so sweet. Clear communication and very kind.
I ONLY go to this Wendy's restraunt. The customer service is amazing. Never had a problem with any of my orders being wrong or under cooked. I love that they are close to my home. I wasn't sure about the new way they had us doing our orders but I never had a problem here. Every other Wendy's I went to.. had problems. I'd order a Dave's single cheese and get the small one for example.
