When you order from the drive-through, they don’t give you your food right away. They first charge you then they make you wait and park for about 20 minutes to get your food only to hand you cold food they charge for all their sauces. The manager is some young lady who is very rude and unprofessional

Employees are extremely rude. Refused to give us our food even though we had payed for it. They threaten to call police even though they were the once’s who messed up and gave the order to someone else.

My mom and i have gone to breakfast at the Wendy's on 88th and Washington several times and we love the food, service and cleanliness of the resturant. Julia has helped us many times and she always so helpful, polite and makes sure the resturant is in good order.

A good percent of the time the food here comes out COLD OR STALE my fries were so over cooked and sitting for so long they were like toast and all my Hamburgers were cold. Too many irresponsible young kids and obviously members of management who have no shame for their work ethics. Glad my momma raised me better!! And I have to agree with some of these other reviews.My son said it looked like his chicken.Nuggets have been eaten too. obviously they got problems in that store, They could care less about. Bad management!!!!!

This is probably my favorite Wendy's in the Denver metro.
I stopped coming here for a period of time. I recently went in and had the pleasure of meeting the new general manager. Totally different experience this time around. The Nuggets were actually edible and quite Enjoyable. The resteraunt lobby was the cleanest I've ever seen it.

This is the worst location in the metro area if not the world! The rude employees don’t help at all. Corporate needs to realize this location isn’t savable and just fire everyone and burn it down. The worst part is this was hands down the best location 2 years ago!
