Waited 20+ minutes for literally 2 spicy chicken sandwich. Ridiculous! Food is usually alright. The bottom piece of one of the sandwiches not sure but looks like it has a bite.

Totally bummed that Wendy’s has this location even open. JBC has a sad amount of bacon and they don’t give out sauce with a meal. Pretty ridiculous!

Ordered door dash. Food arrived quickly. However, order was incorrect, and partially inedible. Ordered bacon double stack biggie bag. Clearly received jr. Bacon cheeseburger. Edible, but not what I ordered. French frys were typical delivery frys. Limp and soggy, but expected. The Nuggets were the worst part. Pictures probably don't show the hardness and texture of them. Had to be left over from the lunch rush. Inedible. This experience was a definite let down. You should do your best for all customers. But I feel like delivery customers should get better service and attention to detail, as we're paying a premium both to Wendy's and doordash for the convenience of delivery.

1/24/25 - Decided to go through this location today at 2pm. Got my food and service seemed good. Brought it home and took a bite out of my JBC only to find a Long 15" Dark HAIR wrapped inside and around the bun. SERIOUSLY WRONG - your dead to me.
2/11/20 - I keep trying to give this location a go - but once again they completely fail. The line took forever and once i got to the front they let me know they are out of chicken; so I ordered a burger combo just to then be told they are out of french fries...?.. really. I will not be coming back anytime soon.

Just got some Wendy’s I got some fries but they taste like there not even cooked and I asked for a coke they gave me some cherry drink , didn’t notice till I drove off but I just feel like I should be able to trust them to do a simple task . Terrible service who’s in charge

Waited in drive thru for over 15 min to place order guy didn’t understand that we wanted 2 jr bacon cheeseburgers one without mayo so he asks do u want bacon and cheese on it omg I said we ordered jr bacon cheeseburgers so yes… so they didn’t put any mayo on both burgers when we asked for One without Not both burgers omg where do they get these employees 😱 didn’t get our drink that came with the biggie meal deal realized that when we got home … burgers were very skinny and small omg what happened to the meat … they were greasy not sure how they r cooked but were greasy 🙄 won’t be going back to Wendy’s!! McDonald’s has a better deal $5 meal deal and u get a burger with chicken nuggets fries and drink … this meal cost $17 Not worth it!!!
