They always forget something in our order. When I reordered the item they canceled my entire order saying that the item was unavailable but never refunded my money for the “missing” item from the first order. The. Transferred me 3 times to get someone to refund the $. And idk why they think sending a burger patty out of the kitchen bright PINK in the middle is acceptable?!!? 🤢🤮

This place… ugh. Between the AI ordering which be so real with me right now. The service still takes forever. I purchased the keychain for free frostys and didn’t get it. The line takes forever for just a few cars and the ordering has become a nightmare with the AI system. I want my keychain and for Wendy’s to stop using AI if the process is still going to take longer

the time sucks here you'll be in line longer than it takes to finish your meal. they charge for sauce ?!? use ai instead of people that always sucks but in this case is lowkey better because the workers are rude as hell.

My wife went to the store. used the mobile app. She ordered me a Dave's double only lettuce no cheese no nothing else just meet and lettuce. When she brought it home it had everything on there. Things happen we understand she called the store she contacted the manager Adrian. He said come down and he will fix it. We arrived at the store go through the drive-thru they handed us a burger right away that was also incorrect. They then told us to move forward. Though they handed us a burger right away we pulled forward and we're waiting for a very long time I then went inside and asked what was taking so long being that there was not one other customer there and drive through or inside he said we had to wait for me I've been sat there and waited. After sitting there patiently waiting customers started going through the drive-thru burgers were being made but not mine. I then asked again and he said I would have to wait I reminded him we have been waiting for a very long time probably around 20 minutes at this time not including the time it took to go back to the store after messing up my burger twice the manager became very rude with me. I then had to speak loudly some people could say it was yelling but the manager was very very far away from me I could barely see him in the back of the store. When he came back to the front he said I'm refusing service to you because you're yelling. At that point I had enough and I had to call the cops. When the cops showed up he then made my sandwich correctly. It was the the most unprofessional and the most ridiculous visit to any establishment I've ever been to. Stay far away from this Wendy's

The food was absolutely disgusting. All food looked as if it had been sitting around over night. Egg yokes were green. Cheese looked plastic. Biscuits were rock hard. Potato wedges tasted refried and dried out. The cinnamon pull parts were cold and hard. The sausuage looked yuck was cold and felt rubbery. I had to circle around because they forgot one of our potatoe wedges. I would have circled back a third time to complain in person....but I had to get to work. Needless to say we are still hungry and can't wait to eat lunch somewhere where the food is edible.

When you order from the drive-through, they don’t give you your food right away. They first charge you then they make you wait and park for about 20 minutes to get your food only to hand you cold food they charge for all their sauces. The manager is some young lady who is very rude and unprofessional

HORRIBLE service, employees are just straight disrespectful. Worst Wendy's in Thornton. Employee blamed customer for skipping her order after explaining that they received no receipt. Employee asked for bank info proving they have bought their food(unnecessary), later got escorted out

Worst Wendy’s to go to in Thornton! Skipped my order and proceeded to give me attitude and say I didn’t pay for it! Later tried to come at me for not “paying attention” when the lady said she handed it out to the wrong person! Later got escorted out it wasn’t necessary! I came to then respectful then I got kicked out great😂.

Fries were cold. Didn't get my spoon. No straw for my drink. They gave me a fork. But the chili was good. Always hits the spot on a cold night.
