One specific worker at this location always gets my orders wrong, this usually isn’t a huge deal to me but it’s happened 3 times now and it’s very frustrating

Can't go wrong with pretzels, especially fresh and soft with a lemonade.

Everything is as you expect for a pretzel joint here, the lines were small and they were quick on making everything. They were also busy enough to keep fresh pretzels as opposed to selling us fancy looking salted brick.

They even had staff out front giving away some free samples of their cinnamon roll pretzel and some lemonade. So definitely got people getting in there. It worked on us!

Parking: Store in the middle of mall, parking on the outer side of the mall.

One of my favorite things to get with my family, the staff here however are terrible and rude! Super lazy and tend to “close shop” at 6pm and stop all orders, when the hours posted online are till 7pm. Super unprofessional and really just put a bummer on my family shopping

I've never had to wait yet the pretzels were always fresh and hot. Never had a bad experience or an incorrect order. Many delicious options to choose from. Even when the line is long they will get through it quickly without sacrificing customer service.

Pretty flawless every time we go here, quick service, quality pretzels and nice staff. The cinnamon pretzels are my favorite and are made to perfection each time.

The standard pretzel with salt was a bit gooey for my liking and the cheese dip was the worst tasting cheese dip I have ever eaten. They were both immediately thrown away. The cinnamon & sugar, pretzel bites with cream cheese dip was delicious.

Stopped for a snack. Made pretzels to order. Yum

Not to friendly staff and my dogs were burned not to tasty…

Very bad experience

Wetzels pretzels is awful. They messed up my order I asked for glaze and cheese sauce and they forgot it. Then when I asked they told me I have to pay for it which I did originally! Frustrating!!! The only good thing was a worker named Alissa who was very nice and helpful! That place needs more people like her. Very bad experience I’d recommend not going there!

Clean establishment with professional and courteous staff. I'm usually there in the afternoons with my family and we've never had any issues at all! My son Justin is always craving a pretzel whenever we go shopping in the area. Glad to have a location so close!
