We ordered online. Their site says my order should be to me by 429pm. I order at 351pm, as of 506pm my order still had not been picked up. I spent 19 minutes on hold. When I finally get through the manage Ida says that my order is still sitting there. I asked what's going on and the first thing that comes out of her mouth is it's not our fault its Doordash fault.
