I order over the phone and I got a 10 piece boneless wing combo with seasoned fries and a side of ranch with a 32 oz drink and a extra ranch and a side of Buffalo ranch fries and it repeated it back to me exactly what I wanted but when I went inside to pay it only had the combo with no 32 oz drink no extra ranch and before it was to late to notice no buffalo ranch fries and the drink was a 20 oz and I do not know what happened but I think the order computer thing is broken the lady was very nice and gave me a extra ranch an a 32 oz drink just not my extra fries because like I said it was to late before I noticed it wasn’t in the bag
Whatever the Wingstop Online ordering app tells you, Do Not believe it. Said it was supposed to be ready in 16-20 minutes and waited an hour and a half. And Wingstop is very expensive wings compared to other local places.

I always order online and I’ve never had a problem with the food or mess ups, the only thing I will say is they’re very inconsistent with the sauce. Sometimes the tenders come very dry or they’re completely drenched, but I like them either way so I still can’t really complain it’s just something to be aware of.

We love coming to this location for dine-in. The staff is very attentive, professional and polite. The food is always piping hot fresh and the orders are always accurate! You can tell the staff here put pride into their work, and the friendly interactions in food service is hard to come by, but its still alive here!
I ordered 75 wings online today for my daughters birthday today. When I got home and set them up I was so disappointed to see the wings were dry and had no juice/sauce on them. I ordered garlic parmesean, lemon pepper, spicy Korean and mild. What a disappointment!

Was missing part of order when husband got home with food when I called the manager didn’t understand what I was saying , when I called next day the person I talked to refused to even give a name before she would talk to me .
I’ve eaten at this location several times, most of the time the food is hot and ready on time. The staff is friendly and quick with taking orders. However a couple orders of fries have been soaked in oil or overcooked. I’ve had boneless chicken that is about a centimeter or two thick that’s mostly breading, and specifically every time I’ve ordered the hot honey rub they are stingy with the seasoning. If there was a little more care in the kitchen I’m sure most of this locations issues could be fixed.
They reluctantly took my order, and then unapologetically told me after processing the transaction that it would be an 18 minute wait. Had I known that, I wouldn't have purchased. This place should be fast. It wasn't even busy when I went in, they're just short staffed, which is no excuse as far as I'm concerned. If you can't hire to do business then close shop so that somebody ready to do business can take your place. Super rude.

Ordered wings today and by my own mistake I ordered the wrong kind. Asked if there was anything they could do for me. I was told I could not swap them out because I took the wings home. I realized that they could not take the old wings back but asked if there was anyway I could get any kind of a deal on the 40 wings I had to reorder to replace the wrongfully ordered ones. I sat on hold for about 15 min and then was told they can't take my old wings back so there is nothing they could do. Been coming here for a long time and disappointed they could not help me with any kind of deal for the wings I wrongfully ordered with a total over $70.
