“For almost every Monday for the past two years I have picked up a tasty smoothie and treat in the evening. It didn't take long for the staff to greet me by name every time I came in. Not only that the smoothies and snacks were always amazing (no matter how busy or slow, fully staffed or under staffed they were) What a great crew! I'm sad and excited to let you know this will be my last Monday evening doing this and I will miss this routine so much -- Thank you for always being awesome!“

“Today (07-18-2025), at 11:45 I showed up at this location to pick up my online pickup order. I had a printout of my order with me. Kelly told me they couldn't find my order. I showed her the address and time on my sheet, and without missing a beat, she rallied the whole team and started making my stuff. 12 items for 8 people. As things went along, we figured out I had never actually completed the order on my computer earlier that morning. I apologized for causing such a commotion, and thanked her for making it work. She was totally unjudgmental, and totally helpful. Everyone working at that time was, and it was all hands on deck to accommodate my mistaken self, plus everyone else that was coming in. The staff were seamless, and wonderful. Customer service like that is SO rare these days. Thank you, Kelly and team, for getting me back to my Friday Food Fun at the office practically on time, when I feel like many places would've either told me I was out of luck, or had a (maybe rightfully so) bad attitude. You guys rock.“

“Several years ago, when I worked in Westminster, I ate at MAD GREENS at least 3 times a week. I found another MAD GREENS where I relocated, but it didn't feel as much of a "Family" as Westminster, where I had gotten to know most of the employees. Imagine my delight when, after many years, I walk in and hear "Hi Tom" from Lauren, one of the people who still there. She is now the Manager. Even though the signage has changed, the salads are still as luscious and delicious as I remember. Thank you, Lauren, for helping me feel like I'm coming home for lunch and for keeping MAD GREENS as the best place in the world for Salad and Satisfaction. I will always return whenever I am near Westminster. If 5 stars is the best rating, MAD GREENS gets a 10 from me!!“

“If you are in the area, this place is a must!! Simply the tastiest sandwiches and wraps, coffee, and TATER TOTS! I am so fortunate to work right up the street, so I frequent on a regular basis. I'm glad I don't work in the building there or I'd eat it full time. My favorite is the Rueben. So delicious.

“After a long morning of travels, I stumbled upon this place and was not disappointed. I was lucky enough to be helped by Sarina. I mentioned that I’ve never been here before, I had a long day of travel and just wanted something that can lift me up. She was kind enough to walk me through the menu and gave me her recommendations. I went with the southwest bowl and it was delicious! Can’t thank you enough for your patience, thanks so much!“

“I had an issue with delivery. I did not receive my items for over 1.5 hours. At that time, they were completely melted. I called the store, and was connected to the manager immediately. He was very nice and helpful. He said he would refund my order, and he did! I was refunded the entire total amount. It was the best outcome I could ask for. I will be a returning customer. This is an awesome place!“
