HOLY COW!!!! Went to the Fort Collins Food Truck rally tonight and decided to get a Nashville Hot Chicken Sandwich from here and I cannot recommend it enough! The way they managed to get it perfectly crispy on the outside, yet still deliciously juicy and tender on the inside is something I can only attribute to Gordon Ramsey chef level wizardry. A gem! I came in today before heading to work just to grab something quick and ended up leaving with three different things. I love that they have special donut flavors for the month that coincides with the season. Their chicken donut was DELICIOUS— the breading on the chicken is unique and I’d eat spoonfuls of the bacon jam. I got the peach dossant and peaches and cream donut.
