The food was absolutely delicious, so no complaints there! Unfortunately, the service was a different story.
I went in to pick up my order, and even though there were multiple employees working, it seemed like only one guy was actually helping customers and doing everything. The girl who was there completely ignored me, even though it was obvious I was waiting to be helped. The employee who was already working the register noticed and ended up coming over to help me himself.

Wild Pastures Burger Company sets a high standard for clean, responsibly sourced food and exceptional flavor. The burgers are consistently well‑prepared, the produce is fresh, and the overall quality is noticeably superior to typical fast‑casual options. The restaurant is well‑run, the team is attentive, and the dining experience is reliably excellent. I highly recommend it to anyone seeking a premium burger made with integrity. This small burger joint in Timnith is well worth the money. Everything is fresh and delicious. It is also a rare instance of no soda. Only really good teas and seltzers as well as if you need a beer

Wild Pastures Burger Company is a small restaurant known for its fresh, responsibly sourced, and organic ingredients. The burgers are consistently well-prepared, with fresh produce and great flavor that stand out compared to typical fast-casual options. The menu offers customizable burgers, creating a unique eating experience, and the overall quality of the food is high. Customers often praise the delicious taste of the burgers, fries, and onion haystack, noting that everything is fresh and well-made. The restaurant also offers a variety of drinks, including teas and seltzers, with a focus on healthier choices, although some find the drink options limited and not ideal for kids, as there are no traditional sodas or kid-friendly drinks like milk or juice.
The atmosphere is generally pleasant and suitable for families, with amenities like high chairs available. However, service experiences vary; some customers have observed that the staff can be uncoordinated, with only one employee actively helping customers while others seem to ignore them. Despite this, a dedicated employee was recognized for their customer service and work ethic. Staff members are often helpful and attentive, and the restaurant maintains a clean and well-run environment.
While the prices are on the higher side for a fast-casual setting, many feel the quality of the food justifies the cost. Overall, Wild Pastures Burger Company is a great spot for those seeking high-quality, organic burgers, though improvements in service teamwork and drink options could enhance the experience further.
