Went for breakfast. Service started out great with friendly people then it all went down hill. I had steak and eggs with hash browns and toast. Wife had a western omelette. Food was bland. No seasonings hash browns were under cooked and tasted like grease. Toast seemed like it was toasted in the same grease as the under cooked hash browns. Wife’s omelette was bland and she described the taste as disgusting. Neither of us finished our food. Would love to have our 35 dollars back. Would NOT recommend this place to any one ever.

We stopped here for breakfast on our way from Dallas to Wyoming. The breakfast and the service were excellent! Super friendly, fast, and delicious. We asked for coffee with cold whipped cream, wow it was so good! Ask for it, it’s not on the menu!

It's such a homey and comfy cafe! I eat here every time I'm in Trinidad. Located on Highway 12 headed out of town, there's a generous parking lot. I usually go for breakfast, which has all the classics plus local favorites. Today, I had a bowl of their green chili, a pancake, and a side of bacon with water and a strong cup of coffee. My server Heidi was friendly and efficient as always. Food comes out quick, and service is attentive to any needs or refills while dining. The green chili here is one of my favorites - lots of flavor and a mild spice. The pancakes are literally bigger than your face with crispy edges and a tender middle, just the way I like them. My side of bacon was generous and crispy. Bob and Earl's is a great choice for a yummy breakfast or lunch. Definitely check them out!
