We shared a fabulous Valentines Day meal at the Sunset Bar in Trinidad last evening. The food was quite amazing. We had the Osso Bucco that was tender with an delicious sauce and saffron rice as our entree. The homemade vanilla ice cream and chocolate heart cake was an explosion of pure flavor. What a memorable evening. We even met the chef who explained all of the delicious spices and flavors. We will definitely be back!

Sunset Bar & Grille offers an exceptional dining experience with authentic Indian cuisine that can transport diners to another country. The menu features a variety of options, including American, Indian, and Chinese dishes, all cooked to perfection. Guests can find a hidden gem with delicious food from around the world, such as the homemade fettuccine Alfredo and the highly praised malai kofta and yellow curry. The staff is charming, hardworking, and provides friendly service, making the restaurant a favorite spot for locals. The portions are huge, providing great value for the money, and many guests end up taking food home in to-go bags. The ambiance is first-rate, and though the restaurant is next to a hotel and may look rinky-dinky from the outside, it offers nice views, especially from a west-facing table at sunset. The restaurant's specialties include Indian food and steaks, and it even has a bar. The management appears to be Indian, adding to the authentic experience. With a solo act playing sax and flute, the atmosphere is enjoyable and creates great memories for guests.
