I ate here after a long drive. My dinner was fantastic, perfecly cooked and with a very good mushroom sauce. My dad had the spicy stir fry steak and it was hot enough for him, which is rare.The staff was pleasant, the ambiance first rate, and I plan on visiting again when I come back through Trinidad this summer.Dietary restrictions: They have a lot of items without gluten, which bothers my stomach.

There was a gentleman playing his saxophone live it was nice not too loud and he was good. The food as always was delicious. Just a little over priced. The restaurant was clean. Staff was friendly but they were a bit swamped as the restaurant was more full than I have ever seen it in the past.Parking: It's in a hotel so you may have to walk 50-100 yardsWheelchair accessibility: It's all main level no stairs

Amazing food! Amazing service! You wouldn't think to come here but it's so good! Had the pork steaks and it was so good! Juicy meat with tomato and garlic. The mashed potatoes will melt in your mouth!

This place is breath taking and so peaceful! It has very quickly become our new happy place! And the food is amazing too! Every time we are in town we come here and I always feel so much better for it. It's very expensive but it's worth every penny.

Talk about impressive! Hands down one of the best overall restaurant experiences I've ever had. I grew up in the food biz, traveled, and owned a food truck/catering business, so my passion and appreciation for these types of experiences runs deep! Our server Don (my apologies if I misspelled) is the epitome of comforting, warm hospitality especially on a cold snowy day like yesterday. And the food was prepared with attention to detail, seasoned and cooked to perfection, and presented beautifully, just like a culinary artist that takes their craft seriously. The seafood sizzler is an absolute must. We will save room for dessert next time. On top of all that, the view is something to behold as well. Thank you everyone at this restaurant, I can't wait until next time.

We checked out this restaurant online and it looked impressive. When we drove up to it, we were a little skeptical because it is attached to a Days Inn. When we walked in the front door, we were greeted by a giant replica of a grizzly bear and a blinking Sunset sign. But when we entered the restaurant, we were greeted by a saxophone player and a very friendly staff. The food and service was spot on. And their naan bread….I’ve never tasted any so fresh. This place is a hidden gem! The next time we are passing through from Denver to Dallas, we will make a point to dine here again.
We read the rating and found the Sunset Cafe to be tops. We drove over to find it housed in a very dated Days Inn. We hesitated. We drove around. We parked again. We went in through a odd lobby. But then we found the eatery. It was old looking but clean. The food was outstanding. We were really surprised. If you butter chicken get the mild. It was very spicy, but good. The Indian dessert plate was good. Service was excellent.Then it was dark so we quickly went to our car parked in a dark parking lot.

Came to Sunset Cafe for the first time for Valentine's Day five course meal. Had to make reservations ahead of time, which I did. They did not have my name correct but had the right phone number. Then I made sure to be here twenty minutes early so that we would get our food at the right time, ended up waiting almost an hour for anyone to bring us hors d'oeuvres. Only was offered water to drink. Waiters were sparse. Did not get checked on enough or even introduced to our waiter. Food quality was horrible. Sax player was great touch but too loud and close to the people eating, that you couldn't even hear each other talk. Not a great date night. Oh well.....

Chef Jose spoke with us after the meal and gave recommendations for our next culinary adventure.Vegetarian options: With the Curry the seasonings are exotic, delicious, and in perfect quantity to enhance the flavors of the vegetables. The vegetables are cooked to a perfect consistency of not being too soft and the colors of the individual remains.
