It's the restaurant on the hill with all the cars in front. The food is delicious, their beef is quality & my favorite are the tacos. Chewy/crispy shells with extra-lean ground beef seasoned to perfection, order a 5 pack and take a couple home. I bet that what the locals do...
El Rancho served our Mother’s funeral dinner and the food was excellent! Our guests from out of town loved it The owners and staff are kind and did a great job with our dinner! Thank you so much.
I think that this one of the best Mexican restaurants here in Trinidad the only thing keeping them from being the best is the green chili it doesn’t have any taste and there isn’t any pork or beef in it. It’s pretty spicy which is the only thing I like about it.I never tasted the red so can’t tell you anything about that. I worked in Colorado Springs at the el sombrero on Nevada I was the head cook there when I first started there there green chili was like this place...
