We ate breakfast here Thursday-Sunday during the Rad Dirt Fest. The best French Toast I've probably ever had, paired with the most lovely server ever. She was working every single day, training new employees, and still providing great service.
Apparently the chef makes what he wants no matter what is on the menu and the manager doesn't care. I ordered the Chicken Piccata, which is a spinach and mushroom stuffed chicken breast with julienne vegetables. I received a chicken breast with a lemon sauce, with capers in it, and steamed broccoli and carrots. Going to this restaurant was a mistake. I was looking for a good Steak in Trinidad, and saw that this restaurant is relatively new, has some good reviews and offers steaks. As soon as I pulled up and saw that it is located in a hotel, I should have turned around. The ambiance is very sterile (typical hotel restaurant). My waitress was relatively friendly, but rather slow and forgot to order / bring my soda water. I started with an avocado salad, which was OK. The steak however...
