This place has outstanding food. I came through town on a road trip and the meal was so good, I had to make sure to swing by again on my way back! The fried green tomato sandwich is perfection with the tomato soup on the side. Truffle wedges are a delicious indulgence. I wish there was a M2 where I live!

Very underrated restaurant. Fantastic food.Conveniently located in a small food court on commercial street, M2 is a fantastic place to go. The food is really high quality. I got the grilled macaroni and cheese sandwich, potato chips, and spicy coleslaw. The sandwich was incredible. Perfectly grilled with gooey macaroni and cheese inside. The coleslaw was just the perfect bit spicy and sweet. The potato chips were awesome, the best I have ever had. There are a lot of great options on the menu that I look forward to trying next time I go.

Great place in a space full of other options; pick this one if you like food that isn’t McDonalds. You won’t be sorry.

Part of the market food court. Confusing at first but a cool overall vibe. Would return.

For 2 sandwiches with sides and the smallest amount of chips I have seen, and a single appetizer the bill with a tip was $50 for 2 people. The lady taking the order was rude and was disrespectful to my girlfriend as she was ordering and I then witnessed the same attitude when she was dealing with another customer. The portions are small and overpriced for what they are serving. Unless something changes with their portions, pricing and attitude of staff serving customers I will not order or eat at M2 again.

Platt burgers was just ok. Overpriced for what you get. Similar to PTerrys but twice the price.

Don’t leave a tip! If management thinks the employees are worth it, they’ll pay more. Otherwise, there is nothing about what they do that earns a tip. *Cash register trickery.Acknowledging that this isn’t fast food… we ordered here and afterward went ordered at another spot in the food court. The other restaurant provided the food, my son ate it all, and had time to develop additional appetite before we got our food from M2. Then, part of the order was wrong so we had to wait even longer for replacement.Good food, but not worth the hassle.

Great grub made with care, a bit of a wait at lunchtime but ok if you go next store for a beer.

Stopped in Trinidad on road trip from Dallas to Breckendridge. This gem sits nestled in a market with other eateries. I knew when i stepped up to order i was in for a treat. Fresh stored ingredients everywhere, clean organized kitchen. The sous chef was patiently waiting for our order to come in , and once placed the line cook happily barked the order and greatness ensued after. I ordered a greek salad and the cashier asked if i wanted chicken...ooooh..an upgrade. I asked what else? Flat iron steak is what i decided on and it was seasoned and cooked to perfection. Loved that i seen the sous chef pop it out the fridge in sealed plastic and place it on the fire grate like he was slappin a plump butt. Salad was fresh, huge portion, and picture perfect. Son ordered flat iron sandwich and he said this place was not 5 of 5 stars, 6 of 5 stars. Gonna swing back by here everytime we pass through, hope it stays for the long run.

Wonderful find for a quick, delicious artisan sandwich or baked potatoes in a newer food hall setting.

M2 Cafe is a spot in the Market Food Court, which was a little hard to figure out at first. They specialize in sandwiches, including a bunch of specialty grilled cheeses, as well as loaded potatoes.I got the sliced chicken and bacon jam sandwich, with the Sriracha slaw as my side. My party also got the French dip, flatiron sandwich, turkey avocado sandwich, and Mac and cheese sides. The chicken/bacon jam sandwich was tasty. The chicken breast wasn't overcooked and was pretty juicy for what it is. The bacon ham was really nice, and the green tomato was a nice touch. It was a little tall which made it challenging to eat, but it was worth it to squish and smoosh into my mouth. All the sandwiches also came with (freshly?) fried potato chips that everyone loved.I didn't enjoy the slaw as much. It was very Mayo heavy. I could make out the Sriracha, but not the sweet element that was supposed to also be there. I think it would have been better if not so heavily dressed.Everyone else liked their sandwiches too. I tried some of the 4-cheese Mac and that it was really good. The atmosphere has a nice vibe. We came in a Tuesday afternoon so it was pretty empty but i think it would be a real lively spot on a weekend.

The food looked amazing but they didn’t have any prices listed and it’s so embarrassing to have to ask how much items are so, I left. ?

This is more of a tourist trap to sell mediocre food for at least $5 more than its worth. The portions could have at least been larger for the price you pay which is not even posted on the menu.

This was my favorite place to eat in Trinidad during my month long visit. The food is delicious and I love that they have different specials throughout the week. 10/10
