Very underrated restaurant. Fantastic food.Conveniently located in a small food court on commercial street, M2 is a fantastic place to go. The food is really high quality. I got the grilled macaroni and cheese sandwich, potato chips, and spicy coleslaw. The sandwich was incredible. Perfectly grilled with gooey macaroni and cheese inside. Stopped in Trinidad on road trip from Dallas to Breckendridge. This gem sits nestled in a market with other eateries. I knew when i stepped up to order i was in for a treat. Fresh stored ingredients everywhere, clean organized kitchen. The sous chef was patiently waiting for our order to come in , and once placed the line cook happily barked the order and greatness ensued after. This place has outstanding food. I came through town on a road trip and the meal was so good, I had to make sure to swing by again on my way back! The fried green tomato sandwich is perfection with the tomato soup on the side. Truffle wedges are a delicious indulgence. I wish there was a M2 where I live!
