Worth the stop!!! Great Mexican food and great service. We stopped on our way to Colorado Springs and Mission accomplished. Queso, chips and salsa and a delicious combination. My wife is on the pickier side and she gives it 5 stars as well. Take the exit and try this place.

It would be great if the sign outside was a little easier to see because it was a bit difficult to find.It is worth looking for, it is lower level which adds to the unique atmosphere.The food was fantastic, huge portions and a good price. I got a burrito abodaba, (shredded pork) the flavor of the meat was out of this world, very well seasoned with a hint smoke.All of the staff were very accommodating and friendly.

We’ve came to this restaurant 3 times now and were able to enjoy good food one time. Unfortunately we’ve tried to come eat here 2 other times only to find a hand written “closed for the day” sign even though online it said they were open. Not good business.
Waited 40 minutes for water and chips. Waiter never came to take order. He was incredibly hyper, inefficient

Terrific place to have Mexican food in Trinidad! Easy to find street parking near the restaurant, which is located on the lower floor of the building. My server Christopher was friendly and informative, as well as a great supply of "dad" jokes, which had me giggling. The food is always outstanding. Today, I had the Chili Verde platter, which is my go-to here. Succulent chunks of tender pork in a spicy sauce with plenty of green chilis. I got my platter with double rice because I don't like beans, and that was no problem. You have a choice of flour or corn tortillas with this platter, as well. I also got a side of guacamole, which was fresh and vibrant with a nice citrus hit of lime. All in all, another great visit! Don't miss this gem!
