This watermelon margarita was absolutely beautiful with its tamarind candy dressing and candied spiced rim. It was the perfect blend of salty/spicy/sweet to match the refreshing watermelon flavor.
Worth the stop!!! Great Mexican food and great service. We stopped on our way to Colorado Springs and Mission accomplished. Queso, chips and salsa and a delicious combination. My wife is on the pickier side and she gives it 5 stars as well. Take the exit and try this place.
