“We were driving south to New Mexico and were delighted to see an option so far south of Denver. Trinidad Colorado (where Sita's is located) is so cool. Our flatbread sandwiches were delicious and exactly what we needed on our long drive. Staff was next-level friendly, and happy to accommodate our doggo. We ate the falafel, the TLT, and got the fennel-gingerbeer. All were exceptional. As a vegan, I make a lot of TLT'S - theirs was so much better than I make at home! Notes were taken lol.“

“I have lived outside of Aguilar ,Colorado, local for 13 years. I went to Tequila's today with a friend and our two dogs and it was excellent, including the service. We showed up and the waiter brought ice water for our dogs and took our drink requests. We had ice cold draught beers and they were 20 Oz. mugs with fresh orange and lime slices. We ordered the combo chicken & beef fajitas for two. Service was fast. The salsa was fresh and you could taste the fresh cilantro. The chips were fresh and crisp. They refilled the chip basket twice. The service was excellent as I said. the waiter came out at least 5 times during our meal to check on everything. There was lots of cooked veggies and no skimping on the amount of chicken & beef. We walked away full and very happy. I would highly recommend this restaurant and will definitely come back again.“

“A great local place serving fantastic breakfast options. We were welcomed by all the staff and several customers already seated. Two full pages of breakfast options. Servings sizes are large. Pancakes as big as the plate from batter handmade by Tony from his grandma’s recipe. Tony also comes out and checks in on all of his customers and clearly knows his regulars. He’ll also bus the tables and do what’s needed. The atmosphere is simple and the food was delicious. Highly recommend a stop for breakfast!“
