Very bad service...We ordered some stuff and they took a tone of time to bring it, then they said 'sorry, I forgot' then when we got the order a friend of mine got the wrong order. Another friend ordered wings and when I asked the bartender or the food runner whatever he was. I asked him what happened to those wings, the dude acted in a rude mood ignoring me.

Unfortunately, my experience at Altitude Bar & Grill was disappointing. The customer service was seriously lacking, especially at the bar. The bartender working during my visit was extremely rude and dismissive. She didn’t acknowledge customers properly, spoke in a condescending tone, and made the atmosphere feel unwelcoming. In a place like Vail, where hospitality should be top-notch, this kind of service is unacceptable. I had high hopes for this spot, but I won’t be returning unless there’s a noticeable improvement in how guests are treated.
