I love this bar! It's a great place to hang out with friends and have a drink, grab some food, or play pool. I went last Wednesday with some friends from work and we had a blast. On Wednesdays they have $1 wings so I ordered a dozen honey habanero wings. They were sweet and spicy (but not too spicy). Our server was great and she was able to handle our large party with ease. I will definitely be coming back.

Was unable to experience this place due to lack of service. Both bartenders looked at me acknowledged me and then repeatedly glanced over but ignored me. Did not engage and i was unable to order drinks or food waited 10 minutes. vacationing from WI roadtripping. Extremely Disappointed by the treatment I received from this establishment and all I did was still down to try and unwind after a long day on the road! Do better!!

I love this place. The prices are reasonable for Vail. The size of meal is good. If you plan to dine there 2-3 times a year, make sense to become a mug cup member and save 15% on food and additional savings on drinks.

The bar staff is racist towards foreigners. When we started talking in our native language amongst us they refused service, despite all of us being American citizens with actual ids. Very rude, and disrespectful. Would not recommend.

Altitude Bar more like Attitude Bar...the bartender Sean/Shawn was very unprofessional and will racially profile you as soon as you walk in. Plenty of examples in the other reviews as well. They need to reevaluate their staff.Went in on a Tuesday night with friends, the spot looked casual and it was fairly empty. From our interaction with the bartender, it seemed like he was under the influence of something, not sure if he was drunk or what. The bartender asked for our IDs which we all handed over. He proceeds to tell us our IDs are fake because he "hears different accents" among the group. He asked one member where they were from, saying it was suspicious that we all had IDs from the same US state. How crazy is it to think immigrants live in the US?We asked how we could prove they're real, saying we will gladly welcome the police to come and verify them because they are our government-issued IDs. He refused, saying they're the fakest IDs he's ever seen. He threatened he wasn't going to serve us so we walked out after he threw our IDs down on the bar to us.

If I could this bar zero stars, I would. The bartender Sean is very racist against immigrants. The bartender proceeded to ask where we were born and then kicked our group of 8 people out because not born in the United States.

I went in with seven friends, all visiting from Ohio to Altitude Bar and Grill located at Evergreen Lodge. Bartender Shaun/Sean was slurring his words (looked utterly wasted), rude, and very unprofessional. Less than 3 minutes in, he started asking why were all of our IDs from Ohio since we all have different accents. Shouting, “This is the most fake ID,” to one of my friends. I’ve never been treated as such. Very ignorant, unprofessional, and racist. Do not go here.

If you have an accent, your ID is fake and you won't get served. Shawn is "the man". He can hear your accent from before you walk in.We walked in, 8 friends from 4 different countries, Shawn refused to serve us because he heard multiple accents and told us all, our IDs are fake - Federal IDs.

I was refused service because I had an accent and an Ohio ID. The bartender said it's the most fake I'd even after I showed the plane ticket getting there and another form of ID...

We went to Altitude with a friend to have a good time and watch the Super Bowl. Kindly, the manager got us a table. However, we received very poor service from a server named BRENDA who first tried to kick us out and treated us very poorly. Then, before we ordered anything, she told us in a very bad and dismissive tone that we had to pay her a 25% tip, which she did not demand from anyone else just us because we are latins. We asked if we could have another server, and she angrily told us no, saying "this is her table." Finally, she said she would not serve us and that we should take care of ourselves. In the end, it was truly disappointing; I expected more.

Great place to watch a game. Plenty of TVs. Went here for the college football national championship and it was packed. Heard they are going to demolish it to put in a new building.

Came in at 7pm and sat at a table and was ignored by wait staff. At 7:30 went to the bartender to ask for a waitress after seeing multiple tables after arrival being serviced with multiple rounds of drinks. I was told that they were busy and they would get to us. Sat back down until 7:45 and left because I couldn’t even get to a stage of ordering water, much less a meal.Walked 15 minutes across town to a nicer bar that was just as busy. Had drink and food orders in the system by 8:04 with water on the table.
