So many great vegan options. One of my fav spots in Vail. If only the naan was vegan, this would be 5 stars ⭐

A moment of silence for every other restaurant because this is now the only restaurant you will ever be visiting. It's inside of the Evergreen Lodge hotel, so don't be confused by that. Come try this place. It is a hidden gem of Vail.

Everything is just perfect about this place. This seems to be the only Indian/Nepali restaurant in here. Food is good, the staff is so friendly, they will customize per your preference.
Indian food is good, daal, chole, malai kofta and all breads. Highly recommend chaw chaw/chowmein. Momos were okay only
