A moment of silence for every other restaurant because this is now the only restaurant you will ever be visiting. It's inside of the Evergreen Lodge hotel, so don't be confused by that. Come try this place. It is a hidden gem of Vail.
Everything is just perfect about this place. This seems to be the only Indian/Nepali restaurant in here. Food is good, the staff is so friendly, they will customize per your preference.

I love ordering their dumplings, cheese bread, and chicken masala, and I absolutely love their chai tea! The food is always delicious, and the quality is super consistent every time I visit. The staff are so kind and professional, and they always make sure your water is refilled without you having to ask.
