Have been to many restaurants in this same location in the vail racket club as we’re East Vail residents. Blues and the Apres Cafe are easily the favorites with good food with some imagination as well.
The ownership of Apres Cafe just changed this summer and now the front of house (and likely kitchen) seems transitioned to all new staff. Menu is the same but food we had was many steps down. Had fish on fries basket. The fries (now waffle) were quite overcooked...

I have no idea why this establishment has a 5.0 rating. Food was pretty expensive and very low quality. The burger looked like it had a prepackaged meat patty that was too thin. Flavor was missing. Fries were very salty and crinkle cut(not my fav) which reminds me of frozen prepackaged variety. I guess I expect more for 48 dollars. Disappointed!!!

I am a big pizza guy and when I tell you they have the best pizza I have ever had, I mean it!
The Down on the Farm is to die for, and for an app the Shrimp and Shishtos peppers were beyond amazing .
